| Abstract: | Azanorbornylpurine derivatives were prepared by Mitsunobu reaction of appropriate hydroxyazanorbornane derivative with 6-chloropurine or construction of purine base at azanorbornylamines. The prepared target compounds were evaluated for antiviral activity and effect on neuronal and muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. |
