| 摘 要： | 作者采用阴茎电极器法对太行山猕猴进行了电刺激采精试验．太行山猕猴采精刺激参数平均值为：电压２２～２８Ｖ；频率３０Ｈｚ；波宽１０ｍｓ．平均刺激８．４ｓ开始排精，平均采精量３．９５ｇ／次．比较发现，阴茎电极器法采精量明显高于直肠探子法．

| Abstract: | The paper describes electric stimulus collecting semen test to use penile electrod method in Taihang monkey.The electric stimulatory parameter are felloweal as :Voliage 22～28 V,frequency 30 Hz,wave width 10 ms .The experimental results showed ① stimulating time causing spermatism is 8.4s; ②average spermatism volume is 3.95 g every time. The results revealed that spermatism volume by penile electrod method is more than one by recfum probes method. |
