声表面波空心叉指换能器

摘    要:本文提出一种新的声表面波叉指换器结构——空心叉指换能器。对空心叉指换能器和普通叉指换能器(例如,双叉指换能器和单叉指换器)的性能进行了比较。给出了设计空心叉指换能器的数据。分析和实验结果证明,这种换能器与普通叉指换能器相比,其优点是:在相同的制造工艺和满足规定的指间反射的情况下,容易实现高的成品率和较高的工作频率。

Abstract:A new acoustic surface wave interdigital transducer——air-core electrode transduceris presented. The comparison of the air-core electrode transducer with ordinary interdigital transducers (for instance, double electrode transducer and single electrode transducer) is made. The data for designing the air-core electrode transducer is given. Analysis and experimental results prove that this transducer has performances superior to ordinary interdigital transducer. The advantages are: easy to realize a high rate of finished products and higher frequency of operation under same faborication technology and meeting the specified interelectrode reflection.
