| Abstract: | Morin (1.96 mmol/L) had an effect of photosensitization on ascitichepatoma cells and S_(180) cells. The role of photosensitization increasedwith the concentration and treatment time of morin, and irradiation timeof light. It seems that the photosensitization was not due to superoxideanions, hydroxyl radical and singlet oxygen, but related to hydroperoxide.Morin itself also exhibition to a certain extent cytotoxic action on tumorcells. |
