| 摘 要： | 以58# 全精炼石蜡为原料，采用无催化技术进行氧化，氧化温度130 ℃，氧化时间2 h，氧化后的石蜡物性与天然蜂蜡相近。将氧化后的石蜡进行乳化，研究了乳化剂用量、乳化温度、乳化时间、搅拌速度等参数对乳液粒径的影响。结果表明：在乳化温度为90 ℃，乳化时间为40 min，搅拌速度为1 000 r/min，使用硬脂酸与三乙醇胺复配的乳化剂时，获得了乳化效果最佳的乳化蜡。

| Abstract: | The 58# fully refined paraffin wax was oxidized without catalyst，When reaction temperature is 130℃，oxidized timeis 2 h，and the physical properties of reaction product are similar to the natural bee-wax. In the experiment of oxidized paraffinwax emulsion，the affecting parameters of emulsion particle size，such as variety and dosage of the emulsifier，emulsifyingtemperature，emulsifying time，stirring speed were investigated. Experimental results demonstrate the optimal parameter forparaffin emulsification，the best emulsified wax was obtained when emulsifying temperature is 90 ℃，and emulsifying time is40 min，stirring speed 1 000 r/min，and the stearic acid and triethanolamine as compound emulsifier. |
