摘    要:研究金属切削过程中的变化,对改进切削工艺、实现高速、自动化和精密加工具有重要意义。高速显微摄影是实现从宏观到微观、从定性到定量、从静态到动态研究的有效方法。

Abstract:The apparatus described in this paper provides a means for research of metallographic structure change in metal cutting, and for the further research of process technology for the material This creates a new short-cut for automation, high efficiency, low consumption, and precision of process technology, and mekes the research mentioned above from macro to micro, from qualitative to quantitative from stat to move,The main specifications of this apparatus are as follows:Magnification: 50xField of view: 1.2 ?1.2mmFraming rate: 103-105 fpsIn this paper was described an optical couple between the system of microscope and raster camera, and some special problem in the raster high speed microphotography, such as illumination and reconstruction of raster image. We used this apparatus to take photos of fast event studied by mechnical department of overseas Chinese university and got success.Raster photography in high speed microphotography has a great promising in the future.
