摘    要:介绍了错位散斑、红外热成像等无损检测新方法的原理,并利用各方法对预置缺陷的航天蜂窝结构样件进行了无损检测,获得了清晰的缺陷检测图像。选取激光错位散斑检测技术对大型航天蜂窝结构件进行了实际检测应用,结果表明,激光错位散斑检测从灵敏度、效率和适用性均为航天铝蜂窝结构产品的较好检测方法。

Abstract:The theory of non-destructive testing technology such as shearography and thermography etc are introduced. Aluminum honeycomb samples with artificial defects are detected with shearography and thermography,and high quality detection images are obtained. Large-scale honeycomb structure products in aerospace are detected practically by shearography,the results show that shearography has high sensitivity and efficiency,and it is very suitable for honeycomb structure products in aerospace.
