基于可调微腔光A/D转换器的研究

摘    要:提出了利用可调微腔实现光A/D转换器的模型.微腔采用Ti-LiNbO3作为介质,模拟信号通过电极作用于微腔的介质,使介质的折射率发生变化,从而改变腔的谐振波长.不同的谐振波长代表不同的模拟信号电平.以4-bit光A/D转换器为例,采用光传输矩阵和电光效应理论,进行模型设计.通过腔内光场变化分析,得出了模型的所需最小采样时间为0.0583×10-9s,即最大采样速率为17.15 G次/s.

Abstract:An optical Analog-to-digital conversion based on tuning micro-resonator was proposed.The crystal of Ti-LiNbO3 was used as the medium of the running micro-resonator when the refractive index of the micro-resonator was changed with analog signal by electrode;the resonant wavelength was changed in the cavity.The different levels of analog signal were denoted by the different resonant wavelength.The parameters of 4-bit optical analog-to-digital conversion were designed with the theoretic of the transmission mat...
