| Abstract: | Summary Two new terpenoid coumarins — tadzhiferin (I) and tadzhikorin (II) — have been isolated from the fruit ofFerula tadshikorum M. Pimen.On the basis of physicochemical and spectral investigations, the structure of 7-(9 -hydroxy-3,7,11-trimethyldodeca-2,6,10-trienyloxy)coumarin is proposed for (I) and that of 7-(4-acetoxy-9-hydroxy-3,7,11-trimethyldodeca-2,6,10-trienyloxy)coumarin for (II).All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of Medicinal Plants, Moscow.
