轴承摩擦因数对展平辊随动性能影响的研究

摘    要:以某600 mm铜带精轧机展平装置擦划伤带材问题的解决为例,根据其参数配置以及生产过程中的工艺道次记录表,当轧制材料为H68铜合金时,对该展平装置随动性能进行分析,通过数学建模采用MATLAB计算求解.针对计算结果进行分析,结合实际生产中带材擦划伤问题的处理结果,得出如下结论:在展平装置设计时,根据轴承所受当量载荷的大小,轴承的摩擦因数选取十分重要,就该展平辊参数条件而言,轴承摩擦因数范围为0.001~0.030,随着当量动载荷的增大,当轴承摩擦因数超过0.028时,展平辊随动性能已不能满足实际生产要求.

Abstract:In this paper,a mathematical model was built by use of MATLAB to solve the scraping problem of flattening device on a 600 mm copper strip finishing mill.The dynamic performance of the flattening device was analyzed based on its parameter configuration and the process track record in the rolling process of H68 alloy.According to our calculation and the processing results of actual manufacture,we found that the friction coefficient of bearing was the main factor in designing the magnitude of the equivalent load.To flattening roller,the range of bearing friction coefficient is from 0.001 to 0.030.However,the dynamic performance of flattening roller is not able to be applied practically when friction coefficient is larger than 0.028.
