摘    要:研究了具有非线性碰摩力的转子局部碰摩的分叉与混沌运动,利用计算机仿真对某发动机转子的碰摩故障进行了数值模拟,讨论了转子系统参数的变化对转子混池运动状态的影响,并与碰摩实验结果进行了比较,发现了具有非线性碰摩力的转子局部碰摩转子系统的各种多周期运动和混沌运动及其演变过程。

Abstract:Some phenomena appeared during rotor rubbing can be explained by the model with linear radial stiffness in certain case, but other phenomena such as super and sub harmony wave in rotor response and some plastic deformation appeared on contacting surface between rotor and stator could not expanded well with the model. In this paper, the complex behavior happened in rubbing is considered and the model of rotor radial stiffness with nonlinear fraction exponent is presented. The bifurcation and chaos behaviors of rotor with nonlinear impact force is studied by means of numerical stimulation. In view of the diagrams displaying bifurcation behavior, such as bifurcation diagram, rotor phase trajectory, Poincare mapping, maximum Lyapunov exponent, rotor shaft locus, abundant dynamic behaviors of rotor are revealed. Experiment on the rubbing rotor model is conducted and it shows distinct super and sub harmonic wave components, which qualitatively copes with the theoretic results.
