Abstract:Camel's milk and shubat are demonstrated experimentally to differ quantitatively in carbohydrate content. Shubat is recommended as a food source for Fe-deficient anemics and diabetics because of its low content of carbohydrates and high content of Fe and Zn.Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 212–213, May–June, 2000.
