| Abstract: | A convenient and transition-metal free protocol for quinazolinones synthesis with o-aminobenzamides and benzyl amines as substrates has been developed. Using H2O2 as the oxidant, various quinazolinones were obtained in moderate to good yields under metal-and additive-free conditions. |
