| Abstract: | Magnetic nuclei of isotope 67Zn (S ?5/2) were introduced into the active center of an angiotensin-converting enzyme instead of the zinc of usual isotope composition in order to consider their possible influence on the enzyme activity toward peptide substrates. No changes were observed in vitro, that gives us a possibility to study the influence of the zinc magnetic isotope on lymphocytes in various blood cell lines in vitro and ex vivo, neglecting contribution of this enzyme. |
