烯丙位氧化的几种方法

摘    要:综述了近年来烯丙位氧化的研究进展,详细讨论了过渡金属及其络合物、硒化 合物在烯丙位氧化中的应用,并简述了丁基锂方法、固相催化方法、生物氧化方法 和次氯酸钠氧化方法在烯丙位氧化中的应用.

Abstract:Recent advances in the field of allylic oxidation are reviewed. The oxidation with transition metal, as well as selenium compounds, is the main method used in laboratory, and has been the hot point of study since 60th. In the last decade, some complexes of copper with the chiral reagents were used in the oxidation of allylic derivatives and ee% were improved obviously. The works by Muzart and Feringa using copper and chromium as the oxidants were discussed in detail. Some other methods such as using butyllithium, solid catalysis, biooxidation and sodium hypochlorite as the oxidant were also presented.
