基于LINGO的蜗杆传动多目标优化设计

摘    要:以模数、蜗杆头数、直径系数和蜗轮变位系数为设计变量,建立了蜗杆传动多目标优化模型,用线性加权法转化为单目标优化模型,编制了通用的LINGO程序,给出了算例.计算表明程序使用简单、实用,为蜗杆传动设计提供了新方法,值得推广.

Abstract:The multi-objective optimization model of worm drive is presented with modulus,the number of worm,the coefficient of diameter and worm gear variable coefficient as design variables.And the model is changed into single objective optimization with linear weight method.The general LINGO program is compiled and the example is given.The example shows that the general program is simple and easy to use.It provides a novel method for worm drive and it is worth to popularize.
