摘    要:为了助力车联网技术科学的普及,主要介绍车联网产业政策及标准进展,并系统介绍了车联网发展的目标、车联网的组成、系统架构、解决方案、关键技术、测试方法、网络安全、基础建设及产业链急需突破的技术,比如芯片及传感器的成本问题等。

Abstract:In order to spread the popularization of Internet of Vehicles(IOV) technologies, this paper introduces the industrial policies and standardization progress of IOV. Specifically, this paper presents a survey on the IOV from perspectives of the development objectives, components, system architecture, solutions, key technologies, testing methods, network security, and infrastructure. Furthermore, the paper also introduces the breakthrough technologies for the IOV industrial chains, such as the cost of the chips and sensors.
