| Abstract: | In order to spread the popularization of Internet of Vehicles(IOV) technologies, this paper introduces the industrial policies and standardization progress of IOV. Specifically, this paper presents a survey on the IOV from perspectives of the development objectives, components, system architecture, solutions, key technologies, testing methods, network security, and infrastructure. Furthermore, the paper also introduces the breakthrough technologies for the IOV industrial chains, such as the cost of the chips and sensors. |
