| 摘 要： | 日本BS-2卫星直播电视伴音采用了数字调制的伴音副载波系统,利用该系统能够提供多路伴音、立体声、独立数据等多种技术手段,并取得较好的接收质量。在语音信号编码过程中,采用了15kHz带宽语音信号的准瞬时压扩编码。该编码方式具有音质较好、数码率较低、电路简单等特点,已被CCIR推荐为一个国际标准。本文着重介绍准瞬时压扩编码的原理及我们自行研制的该制式所需的特殊电路。

| Abstract: | The digital-modulated Sound subcarrier system is used for the television sound of Japanese BS-2 broadcasting satellite. Multiple sounds, independent data and other technical means can be provided and better receiving quality can be obtained making use of the system.
In the coding process of sound signal, the near-instantaneous companding code for 15 kHz bandwidth sound signal is used. This coding system has the features of better sound quality, lower bit rate, simple circuit etc., which had recommended as a worldwide coding standard by the CCIR. This paper mainly describes the principle of near-instantaneous compandind code and its special circuits designed by ourselves. |
