A Layout Compiler for Semi Regular Circuits Based on C Language

Techniques for describing the structure of the semi regular circuit layout using C programming language are discussed.Basic procedures used for putting leaf cells together into larger cells are summarized,and general methods for programming layout compiler of semi regular circuits are worked out.Using these methods,a given type of layout compiler can be easily and rapidly constructed when both the layout of leaf cells and the overall structure of the semi regular circuit are ready.
