| Abstract: | Linear correlation is established in glasses between the Grüneisen parameter and the ratio of propagation velocities of the longitudinal and transverse acoustic waves. An interpretation is given within the Pineda-Kuz’menko model to the relation between the harmonic and anharmonic quantities. |
