枸橼酸莫沙必利的合成

分别以邻羟基对氨基苯甲醇钠，对氟苯甲醛，邻苯二甲酰亚胺为起始原料，制得3个中间体，用其中2个中间体经偶合，环化后与第3个中间体反应，再经成盐制得产品，其摩尔总收率为31．5％。     

氨基磺酸均相催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯

以氨基磺酸为均相催化剂催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯,确定了酯化优化条件。试验结果表明:在催化剂6.0%(以柠檬酸为基数的质量百分数),柠檬酸0.1mol,丁醇0.55mol,反应温度100～150℃,反应时间90min的条件下,柠檬酸的酯化率达到98.6%以上。     

新型延缓交联体系

用氧氯化锆和柠檬酸钠反应制得一种新型的延缓交联的交联剂──柠檬酸锆。用正交设计和粘度法得到了制备柠檬酸锆的最佳条件，即：氢氯化锆与柠檬酸钠的摩尔比为２：１．ｐＨ值为７．试验结果表明，柠檬酸锆可以延缓锆对聚丙烯酰胺、瓜尔胶、羟甲基瓜尔胶、羟乙基瓜尔胶、羟丙基瓜尔胶的交联速度。交联速度随聚合物浓度、柠檬酸锆对聚合物的质量比、温度、水的矿化度的增加而增加．柠檬酸锆对ＰＡＭ通过羧基交联，对瓜尔胶通过羟基交联。     

MgFe2O4-Fe2O3纳米粉体的软化学合成及电磁学特性

Nano-MgFe₂O₄-Fe₂O₃ magnetic powders were synthesized by citrate gel under microwave irradiation. The structure，particle size distribution，electromagnetic characteristics of nano-MgFe₂O₄-Fe₂O₃ were characterized by using TG-DTA, X-ray, electronic microscope, nano-size measurement and electromagnetism measurement apparatus。The results show that the product is a mixture of MgFe₂O₄ and Fe₂O₃ with average size of 44 nm, tanδ for the product is 0.265 and 0.610 at frequency of 1.0 GHz and 1.8 GHz respectively.     

柠檬酸铝/聚丙烯酰胺胶态分散凝胶反应动力学和机理的研究

采用粘度法研究了柠檬酸铝（AlCit)与部分水解取丙烯酰胺（HPAM）胶态分散凝胶体系的反应动力学。结果表明，胶态分散凝胶体系的交联反应是一级反应。并推导出胶态分散凝胶体系的反应动力学方程。     

Excess molar enthalpies of binary mixtures for (tributyl phosphate+methanol/ethanol) at 298.15 K

Excess molar enthalpies of binary mixtures for tributyl phosphate (TBP)+methanol/ethanol were measured with a TAM air Isothermal calorimeter at 298.15 K and ambient. The results for xTBP+(1–x)CH₃OH are negative in the whole range of composition, while the values for xTBP+(1–x)C₂H₅OH change from positive values at low x to small negative values at high x. The experimental results have been correlated with the Redlich–Kister polynomial. IR spectra of the mixtures were measured to investigate the effect of hydrogen bonding in the mixture.     

不同介质凝胶体系中草酸钙结晶的研究

研究了五种不同介质（水、氯化钠、合成尿、正常人尿液和尿石患者尿液）的凝胶体系中草酸钙（CaC2O4）晶体的生长,及各种体系中防石药物柠檬酸钾（K3cit）对CaC2O4生长的影响.没有加K3cit时,CaC2O4晶体以一水草酸钙（calcium oxalate monohydrate, COM）为主要物相,但在氯化钠和合成尿的凝胶体系中同时出现了二水草酸钙（calcium oxalate dihydrate, COD）和三水草酸钙（calcium oxalate trihydrate, COT）,肾结石患者尿液中出现COD,而正常人尿液中没有COD和COT生成.加入K3cit后,水、氯化钠和合成尿介质的凝胶体系中,COT的含量显著增加,患者尿液中产生大量COD,而正常人尿液中出现了少量的COD和极个别的COT.COT的增加与低温、体系中高的离子强度及金属离子等因素有关.K3cit具有诱导COD和COT的生成、减小COM晶体比表面积的作用,从而有利于防治草酸钙结石的形成.     

Rapid—In—situ Determination of Chromium （VI） in Water Using Modified Diphenylcarbazine with Citrate

In recent years, the determination of Cr (VI) has attracted great attention because of its toxicity to human, plants and animals1-5. Usually, in the industrial waste water, the concentration of Cr (VI) is relatively high and should be determined frequently. So, an accurate, quick, and convenient method for the measurement of Cr (VI) in environmental water, as well as in river, lake, sea and tap water, is of great importance. Tributyl phosphate degradation by immobilized cells of aCitrobacter sp.

Tributyl phosphate (TBP), a plasticizer and solvent, is used in nuclear fuel reprocessing, generating TBP wastes laden with residual uranium. ACitrobacter sp. accumulated heavy metals via a phosphohydrolase(s) that precipitated metals with inorganic phosphate liberated from an organic phosphate “donor” molecule (TBP). Mutant analysis suggested that TBP hydrolysis was not attributable to a previously documented acid phosphatase (monoesterase). Purified monoesterase had little activity against phospho di- and triesters, had no requirement for Mg²⁺ or Mn²⁺, and was EDTA-resistant. Conversely, TBP cleavage by immobilized cells was enhanced by Mg²⁺, and ininhibited by Mn²⁺ and EDTA. A separate phosphotri/diesterase was implicated.     

枸椽酸锗对小鼠免疫功能的影响

枸椽酸锗能明显提高小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平，增强二硝基氯苯（DNCB）致小鼠迟发型皮肤过敏反应。增加小鼠免疫器官胸腺和脾脏的重量，表明枸椽酸锗能增强小鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫水平。
