A METHOD FOR REDUCING YARN HAIRINESS AT RING SPINNING

In order to improve the quality of yarn,a research was carried out at ring spinning.A modifiedtraveller has been used to reduce the yarn hairiness vastly.According to the statistical analysis ofthe data,it was found that the geometrical shape of travellers is the key factor affecting the yarnhairiness at ring spinning.     

INVESTIGATION OF NEW COTTON RING AND TRAVELLER

A new Ω type cotton ring and traveller is introduced.The idea of its design is based on thefacts that running travellers deviate from normal profile in three coordinate directions and such adeviation can be utilized when the balloon expands.The contact between ring and traveller at outerrace can be increased to prevent the balloon from expanding and the traveller from continuous in-clination.Consequently,the wear of inner corner of ring can be reduced.This proves the maincourse of deterioration of ring.With small sized balloon,the outer contact diminishes.The yarntension is thus adjusted and average tension is cut down.Experiments on 13 and 29 texcotton-polyester yarn spinning prove the above idea correct.With the wear of ring greatly reduced,running life is more than doubled,end breakage rate falls 30% and power consumption falls 2%.The economic profit,estimated by pilot test,is an increase of production 6.1% and 130,000 YuanRenminbi per ten thousand apindles each year.     

旅游文化主体是旅游文化研究的中心

旅游学界对旅游文化的研究存在着忽视旅游主体即旅游者的重要性的倾向。本文从旅游文化活动的发生、旅游文化活动的终极目标、旅游主体的素质及未来旅游的发展趋势四个方面论述了旅游主体在旅游文化研究中的中心地位,并进一步提出旅游文化主体研究的途径。     

环锭纺气圈的形态和张力

环锭纺气圈的狭幅近似解是一根正弦曲线,这是人们所习知的。当然这一狭幅近似解并不常常反映实际情况。本文则在阔幅的条件下,引用一些合理的近似假设,比较全面地对气圈的形态和张力作一探讨,为具体分析工艺问题提供理论上和方法上的依据。     

环锭纺纱线成纱毛羽的控制措施探讨

随着人们物质化生活水平的提高，对服装面料的品质要求也越来越高，高档面料开发时除了对纱线条干、强力等指标有着很高的要求外，成纱表面的光洁度也倍受关注，为此研究在环锭纺纺纱过程中对毛羽的控制方法，并采取系列行之有效的措施，使成纱毛羽控制在一定的范围内，改善纱线的质量。     

Finiteness and Dehn functions of automatic monoids having directed fellow traveller property

A left-cancellative automatic monoid having directed fellow traveller property is finitely presented, and the first order Dehn functions of such automatic monoids are bounded above by a quadratic function. 锥面钢领钢丝圈的高速摄影研究

利用钢丝圈在锥面钢领上及纱线段在气圈最大凸形处的高速摄影图像,分析了钢丝圈在锥面钢领子午面的倾侧及工作状态,在垂直面上的前倾及工作状态,在水平面上的超前及工作状态.讨论了拎头轻重、钢领内跑道面上的波状磨损及钢丝圈在钢领跑道面上的运动模式特等问题.     

耐用节电纲领、钢丝圈的研究与应用

本文介绍一种新型棉纺钢领与钢丝圈,它的设计思想是利用钢丝圈在一落纱期间子午面上的偏转运动,气圈较大时增加钢丝圈与外跑道的接触点,防止气圈膨胀,阻止钢丝圈继续外倾,减轻钢领掣口磨损。而在气圈小时,脱离接触。因而起调节张力,降低平均张力,节约动力消耗的作用。同时,内跑道又能良好支持钢丝圈稳定运转,经常维持较大的接触面。经纺涤棉29 tex 及13 tex 两种纱支的实测结果证实了钢领、钢丝圈的接触情况及其磨损大为减轻,使用寿命均延长一倍以上,动力消耗降低约2%,断头率较采用 ZM-6型钢领及与之配套的钢丝圈时可降低30%左右。此外,有白粉少、拎头轻等优点,由中试厂估算,包括增产6.1%在内经济效益每万绽每年约为13万元。     

环锭细纱毛羽形成因素研究

本文通过理论分析与实验结果均证明纺纱张力大小对细纱毛羽的影响,只产生于采用传统类型钢丝圈的条件下,如果采用改进型钢丝圈,则尽管纺纱张力降低,细纱毛羽仍可保持不变。
