国内外高校特殊教育专业课程设置的比较研究

对俄罗斯等世界一些主要国家和地区高等院校特殊教育专业的课程设置进行了介绍，并对这些院校特教专业的课程设置和内容进行了分类，论述了各类特教专业课程设置的特点，在此基础上对各类型课程设置进行了比较，分析了他们的异同，最后，对各类型课程设置提出了意见和值得借鉴的地方。     

票据法对银行结算的影响

本文通过对《银行结算办法》和《票据法》的对比研究，指出了《票据法》实施后，我国银行结算方式的新变化。     

On the analysis of a dynamic evolutionary algorithm

Evolutionary algorithms are applied as problem-independent optimization algorithms. They are quite efficient in many situations. However, it is difficult to analyze even the behavior of simple variants of evolutionary algorithms like the (1+1) EA on rather simple functions. Nevertheless, only the analysis of the expected run time and the success probability within a given number of steps can guide the choice of the free parameters of the algorithms. Here static (1+1) EAs with a fixed mutation probability are compared with dynamic (1+1) EAs with a simple schedule for the variation of the mutation probability. The dynamic variant is first analyzed for functions typically chosen as example-functions for evolutionary algorithms. Afterwards, it is shown that it can be essential to choose the suitable variant of the (1+1) EA. More precisely, functions are presented where each static (1+1) EA has exponential expected run time while the dynamic variant has polynomial expected run time. For other functions it is shown that the dynamic (1+1) EA has exponential expected run time while a static (1+1) EA with a good choice of the mutation probability has polynomial run time with overwhelming probability.

对采用注射法导入外源基因的棉铃,在激素种类、不同生态条件、结铃部位、结铃性、整枝方式等方面进行分析,探讨了导入棉铃落铃机理和提高导入棉铃成铃率的技术途径。     

Properties study of anhydrite(II) prepared from waste gypsums

Anhydrites(II)- CaSO₄ were prepared from two waste gypsums (PRECHEZA Perov, FOSFA Potorná). The samples of anhydrites(II) with sulphate activators were tested on spillage, beginning and the end of setting time, bending and pressure strength. Both sodium and potassium sulphates accelerated setting of anhydrite, more impressively that prepared from Potorná gypsum. The addition of Na₂SO₄ influenced the strength of this anhydrite very favourably. On the contrary K₂SO₄ influenced favourably the strength of Perov anhydrite. Results confirm the necessity to evaluate properties of such materials with respect to their origin.     

New indices for analysing partial ranking diagrams

Interest is growing in decision making strategies and several techniques are now available. The assessment of priorities is a typical premise before final decisions are taken. Total and partial order ranking (POR) strategies, which from a mathematical point of view are based on elementary methods of discrete mathematics, appear as an attractive and simple tool to asses priorities. Despite the well-known total ranking strategies, which are scalar methods combining the different criteria values into a global index which always ranks elements in an ordered sequence, the partial order ranking is a vectorial approach which recognises that not all the elements can be directly compared with all the others. In fact when many criteria are considered, contradictions in the ranking are bound to exist and the higher the number of criteria, the higher the probability that contradictions in the ranking occur. The Hasse diagram technique (HDT) is a very useful tool to perform partial order ranking. The results of the partial order ranking are visualised in a diagram, called Hasse diagram. Incomparable elements are located at the same geometrical height and as high as possible in the diagram, thus incomparable elements are arranged in levels. The quality of a ranking procedure has to be evaluated by a deep analysis and by several indices, i.e. scalar functions that describe features of an ordered set and allow comparison among different rankings. For this purpose, new indices for ranking analysis are proposed here, compared with the ones found in literature and tested on theoretical examples and on real data.     

塑料注射成型过程工艺参数设置专家系统

对专家系统和用于实现专家系统的Prolog语言及其编译环境Visual Prolog作了简述。并应用Prolog语言实现了注射成型过程工艺参数设置的专家系统ES-IMPPS（Injection Molding Process Parameters’Setting），并将此专家系统在Visual Prolog中运行，通过设计的实例表明：用Prolog语言编写的此专家系统，符合注塑过程工艺参数的设定要求，而且运行速度快，程序容易理解。
