Yield enhancement of elliptical high harmonics driven by bicircular laser pulses

We theoretically investigate the yield enhancement of elliptical high harmonics in the interaction of molecules with bicircular laser pulses by solving the time-dependent Schrödinger equation. It is shown that by adjusting the relative intensity ratio of the two bicircular field components in specific ranges the yield of the molecular high harmonics for the plateau and cutoff regions can be respectively enhanced. To analyze this enhancement phenomenon, we calculate the weights of the electron classical trajectories. Additionally, we also study the ellipticity distribution of harmonics for different intensity ratios. We find that these enhanced harmonics are elliptically polarized, which we mainly attribute to the recombination dipole moment of the major weighted trajectories. These enhanced elliptical extreme ultraviolet and soft x-ray radiations may serve as essential tools for exploring the ultrafast dynamics in magnetic materials and chiral media.     

红树林保护与修复标准发展现状及对策

回顾近20年来中国对红树林的保护以及通过人工造林进行恢复的情况, 梳理我国红树林保护与修复的相关标准, 厘清现行标准存在的问题, 提出如下相应的建议与对策。1) 应结合国家碳中和战略及红树林保护与恢复规划目标, 制定完善的红树林保护与生态修复技术标准体系规划, 加快相关国家标准的出台; 2) 在编制红树林保护与修复相关标准的同时, 应注重红树林固碳能力和增汇效应的提高; 3) 建议制定退塘还林相关标准, 填补国内空白; 4) 应充分落实“自然恢复为主、人工修复为辅”的生态修复原则, 重视并加强红树林保护与修复标准的技术细节制定; 5) 标准的制定和实施应由红树林研究专业机构及专家深度参与, 提高造林成活率。     

Rocky coast processes: with special reference to the recession of soft rock cliffs

Substantial progress in research on the recession of coastal cliffs composed of soft materials has been made in recent years and data with higher accuracy have been accumulated. This paper provides the state of the art review in the recession studies and highlights two new findings obtained from the reanalysis of existing data. The review topics are: episodic and localized nature of cliff recession; the development of cliffline; the relationship between cliff height and recession rate; mechanisms of cliff toe erosion by waves; a fundamental equation for wave-induced toe erosion; factors controlling toe erosion; and slope instabilities and mass movements. The findings are presented on (1) the temporal change in cliffline recession mode and (2) the effect of beach sediment at the cliff base on the cliff erosion.     

动物试验方法的专利申请

 为判断动物试验方法是否具备实用性，分析了中国关于实用性的相关规定，通过4个典型案例对动物试验方法是否属于非治疗目的的外科手术方法、是否具备实用性进行了分析，总结判断标准并给出了撰写权利要求的建议。在撰写动物试验方法的专利申请时，应当注意该方法的目的及该方法是否包含外科手术步骤，并针对该方法的不同情况采用不同的撰写策略。     

Facile non‐lithographic route to highly aligned silica nanopatterns using unidirectionally aligned polystyrene‐block‐polydimethylsiloxane films

Thin films (monolayer and bilayer) of cylinder forming polystyrene‐block‐polydimethylsiloxane (PS‐b‐PDMS) were shear aligned by the swelling and deswelling of a crosslinked PDMS pad that was physically adhered to the film during solvent vapor annealing. The nanostructures formed by self‐assembly were exposed to ultraviolet‐ozone to partially oxidize the PDMS, followed by calcination in air at 500 °C. In this process, the PS segments were fully decomposed, while the PDMS yielded silica nanostructures. The highly aligned PDMS cylinders were thus deposited as silica nanolines on the silicon substrate. Using a bilayer film, the center‐to‐center distance of these features were effectively halved from 38 to 19 nm. Similarly, by sequential shear‐alignment of two distinct layers, a rhombic array of silica nanolines was fabricated. This methodology provides a facile route to fabricating complex topographically patterned nanostructures. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. 对隐私权的概念进行了界定，提出了网络时代隐私权的侵权方式呈现出传统侵权方式与网络侵权方式并存的特点，并在分析我国隐私权法律保护现状的基础上，对网络时代隐私权法律保护的前景作了探讨，即赋予隐私权以独立性、在未来民法典中对隐私权的法律保护做一般性规定、在某些特别领域对隐私权的法律保护做具体性规定以及从国际私法的角度对隐私权加以保护．

高水平“经营城市”是中共北京市第九次党代会就北京城市发展建设提出的明确要求，而且是在北京要率先实现现代化这一背景下提出的要求。同时，做好北京历史文化名城的保护、利用也是党中央、图书馆对北京城市发展建设提出的具体要求。这两者有着内在的联系，是同一体的两个方面，而不是对立的两个方面。北京提出“经营城市”理念包含着历史文化名城的保护、利用，北京历史文化名城的保护、利用也可以引入“经营城市”理念。为此，北京应进一步全面普查历史文化遗存，深入发掘这些有形资源和无形资源的历史文化价值，进行合理保护和充分利用。     

浅谈排水管道工程施工常见质量问题的防治

针对排水管道工程施工中常见的管道位置偏移或积水，管道渗漏水，检查井变形、下沉，构配件质量差，回填土沉陷等质量问题，简要地分析研究了其形成原因，并提出了有效的预防及治理措施。
