TiO2-coated sericite powders were prepared by the chemical deposition method starting from lamellar sericite and TiCl4 in the presence or absence of La3+ cations. After calcination at 900 °C for 1 h, the resultant TiO2 nanoparticles on the sericite surfaces existed in anatase phase. The light scattering indexes of the TiO2-coated lamellar sericite powders were dozens of times higher than that of the naked lamellar sericite powders. The presence of La3+ in the deposition solution was beneficial to the formation of the small-sized anatase TiO2 nanoparticles, resulting in the formation of the dense and uniform island-like TiO2 coating layers in a large range of the weight ratios of TiO2 to sericite from 5% to 20%. The TiO2-coated lamellar sericite powders prepared in the presence of La3+ had higher light scattering index than that prepared in the absence of La3+. XPS analysis shows that when La3+ cations were absent in the reaction solution, TiO2 coating layers anchored at the sericite surface via the Ti-O-Si and Ti-O-Al bonds. The presence of La3+ cations caused the formation of Si-O-La and Al-O-La bonds at the sericite surface and Ti-O-La bond at the surface of TiO2 coating layers. After coating TiO2 on the sericite surface, the yellowness of the TiO2-coated sericite powders obviously increased and the brightness slightly decreased.  相似文献

Ultraviolet irradiation, which is environment friendly and without any chemical pollution, was used to functionalize high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) and to improve the interfacial interaction of its composites with sericite in this study. The oxygen‐containing groups of C?O, C‐O, and C(?O)O were quickly introduced onto molecular chains of HDPE by ultraviolet irradiation in ozone atmosphere and the contents of the introduced oxygen‐containing groups increased with increasing the modification time. It is important to note that the irradiation time greatly decreased compared to that in air or oxygen atmosphere. After modification, the molecular weight of the irradiated HDPE decreased and its distribution became wider. The irradiated HDPE in ozone was not crosslinked, which is an advantage over the same reaction in air or oxygen atmosphere. With increasing the irradiation time, the melting temperature of the irradiated HDPE lightly decreased, while its crystallinity, hydrophilicity, and fluidity increased. The composites of HDPE/sericite were prepared. The results showed that the dispersion of sericite in the matrix and the interfacial interaction of sericite with the matrix were markedly improved for the irradiated HDPE/sericite composites. 以广泛分布于大临铁路沿线的绢云母片岩残积土为研究对象,开展非饱和状态下绢云母片岩残积土的共振柱试验,研究了动剪应变γ_d在小应变范围内(10~(-6)γ_d10~(-4))不同含水率、干密度及固结围压对动剪切模量G_d与阻尼比D的影响。试验结果表明,含水率对动剪切模量与阻尼比的影响较大,对干密度及固结围压的影响较小。G_d及D随含水率的增加而非线性增大,存在某一临界含水率使G_d达到最大值,此后G_d随含水率的增加而逐渐衰减;在高围压、高含水率状态下D-γ_d关系曲线有重合趋势。同一动剪应变幅值下,干密度增大G_d随之增大、D随之减小。不同固结围压下G_d随动剪应变γ_d的不断增大呈衰减趋势,固结围压对D的影响不明显,但γ_d相同时D随固结围压的增大有减小的趋势。  相似文献

采用硅烷偶联剂对绢云母表面进行化学处理,并将其作为尼龙6的填充剂,通过改变活性绢云母填充量,研究增强尼龙6的力学性能.探讨硅烷偶联剂对绢云母的影响机理,分析活性绢云母填充量对尼龙6力学性能的影响规律.实验结果表明,活性绢云母填充绢云母填充尼龙6后的力学性能有显著的改善,活性绢云母填充尼龙6的数量存在着一个最佳值.  相似文献

采用超音速气流粉碎方法对绢云母进行超细粉碎,通过控制进口压力、工作压力和进料速度可生产出不同粒度、径厚比的绢云母超细粉(鳞片),采用硅烷偶联剂对超细绢云母进行表面化学改性,通过对径厚比、改性绢云母填充量等变量的研究,探讨改性绢云母增强尼龙6力学性能的变化规律.实验结果表明,高径厚比改性绢云母增强尼龙6的力学性能有显著的提高。  相似文献

A new hydrosoluble macromolecular dispersant and modifier, poly(ethylene glycol)-maleic anhydride-acrylic acid (PEG-MA-AA) terpolymer was synthesized via ring-opening reaction and free radical polymerization. The chemical structure of the PEG-MA-AA terpolymer was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), and its average molecular weight was determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Modified sericite (MSE) was synthesized from sericite (SE) by the surface modification with PEG-MA-AA. The NR/SBR/MSE composites were prepared via the blending of the modified sericite and NR/SBR rubber. The thermal, mechanical and electrical properties of the composites were investigated by TGA, tensile test machine and high-insulation resistance meter. The results showed that the thermal stability and the mechanical and electrical insulation properties of NR/SBR/MSE composites were improved significantly. SEM also revealed that modified sericite possessed good dispersibility.  相似文献

 研究探讨了绢云母在无机硅酸锌涂料中添加改性的应用,采用极化曲线、干磨损实验、浸泡及水冲刷实验等测试手段,对比考察了添加绢云母前后涂层的腐蚀特性、摩擦磨损及耐水性能。结果表明,绢云母具有的良好耐腐蚀性能,以及绢云母与腐蚀产物一起对涂层孔隙的协同填塞作用,降低了涂层的腐蚀速率;绢云母的层片状结构降低了涂层的摩擦系数,减轻了涂层的塑性变形,阻止了涂层内部裂纹的产生和扩展,增强涂层耐磨性能;绢云母的添加可以促使涂层内部形成一种致密的层网状结构,增加了涂层的致密性、抗渗透性和涂层强度,从而提高了涂层的耐水性。  相似文献

 广绿玉产于广东省广宁县,是一种富有特色的珍贵玉石材料。对绿、白、黄、黑等4类典型广绿玉原料,采用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、红外光谱、差热分析、电子探针等多种方法,对玉石的全岩物相、主矿物显微形貌、矿物化学及晶体结构等进行了分析。结果表明,广绿玉主要由2M1型绢云母组成,部分品种含有绿泥石和石英等。乙二醇饱和处理X射线粉末衍射和红外光谱分析显示绢云母结构中不含蒙脱石间层;差热分析显示玉石在中温区吸热谷的脱羟极值温度大于600 ℃,与水云母明显不同;扫描电镜显示绢云母类单矿物的微形貌多呈鳞片状,矿物排列组合沿长轴顺层穿插和定向交织,表现为叠层状或鳞片交织状微结构;电子探针成分分析表明绢云母矿物化学成分中Si、K、Al、Cr等含量较高,部分属含铬绢云母亚类,Cr可能是绿色和白色广绿玉的主要致色元素。  相似文献

绢云母片岩是西南地区普遍存在的复杂地质软岩,遇水易软化、泥化,在该中地层条件下施工的隧道普遍出现软岩大变形问题,处理不当还会造成塌方,极易造成严重后果。以实际工程为载体,通过现场试验,研究绢云母片岩隧道的变形与受力特征。研究结果表明:三台阶开挖造成围岩压力的多级释放,每台阶开挖后围岩压力均经历快速增长与缓慢增加两个阶段,围岩压力总体呈现出"右上、左下大,右下、左上小"的非对称分布;初期支护钢架以受压为主,应力"上大下小"分布,右拱腰处钢架压应力最大237. 4 MPa,大于钢架抗压强度设计值;围岩整体向内挤压,隧道呈现"上大下小"不对称变形,右拱腰处最大变形量325 mm,大于预留变形。研究指出了施工过程中的安全隐患,并为绢云母片岩隧道的设计、施工提供了数据参考。  相似文献
