Metabolomics techniques applied in the investigation of phenolic acids from the agro-industrial by-product of Carapa guianensis Aubl

Processing of Carapa guianensis seeds to obtain oil on an industrial scale generates a significant amount of by-product, approximately 66% w/w, which is called cake and is a potential source of biomolecules, including simple phenolic structures. For this reason, studies were carried out on the chemical profiles of hydrolyzed extract from this agro-industrial by-product through High Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) and Gas Chromatography coupled to Mass Spectrometry (GC–MS). These techniques were used to detect metabolic classes and/or groups, and to identify, for the first time, thirteen simple phenolic acids in this by-product. The sample antioxidant capacity was determined by methods of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS⁺) radicals direct sequestration. The hydrolyzed fraction showed a total of 63.47% in the relative abundance of the total of compounds, standing out: p-hydroxybenzoic acid (39.19%) and protocatechuic acid (3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid) (5.62%), both from hydroxybenzoic acids and 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)lactic acid, (7.76%) hydroxycinnamic acids derivatives. In these results, the fraction rich in simple phenolic acids was obtained, attributing the prominent behavior of this matrix antioxidant activity, expressed by (IC₅₀: of 16.42 µg/mL and 6.52 µg/mL for DPPH and ABTS⁺ radicals, respectively). The research demonstrated an alternative to applicability that involves sustainability from agro-industrial. These techniques were used to detect metabolic classes and/or groups, and to identify, for the first time, thirteen simple phenolic acids in this by-product, generating a process capable of converting biomass into a bioproduct, consisting of bioactive compounds, in addition to adding value to the industrial chain.     

电动势的测定及其应注意的问题

本课题通过用不同的方法测定的电动势分析,经过电动势测定的误差分析,找到各种方法的利弊,并且对电极制备以及测定电动势的装置进行改进,近而对问题进行探讨。改进后找到实验和研究的捷径,从而在高等学校化学实验以及生产中节省很多的人力和财力。     

咪唑季铵盐棉纤维制备及其对DOSO_3~-吸附性能研究

本文用20%的NaOH溶液对棉纤维的预处理、醚化、接枝合成工艺进行了优化;在不同条件下,研究了咪唑季铵盐棉纤维对DOSO~-_3的吸附性能.结果表明,用NaOH预处理棉纤维后,在适当的条件下醚化棉纤维素,再用氢氧化钠作催化剂,按3 g环氧基纤维素醚与10 mL甲基咪唑配比接枝,得到白色味唑季铵盐纤维素.用咪唑季铵盐棉纤维对DOSO~-_3进行吸附,吸附率可达91.8%,吸附效果令人满意.     

LB膜混合聚集体中极性基团相互作用对光学非线性的影响

通过紫外－可见吸收光谱、压力－面积等温线、二次谐波的测量，研究了不同活性分子混合聚集体的形成对ＬＢ膜光学性质的影响。分子极性基团间的相互作用，使激发态能量及平均偶极矩发生变化，导致ＬＢ膜的光学非线性明显地增强或减弱。     

水溶性光疗药物TPPS4的合成及提纯的研究

研究旨在改进光疗药物水溶性四(对磺酸钠苯基)卟啉(TPPS4)的合成方法，特别是产物的提纯方法。以四苯基卟啉为原料，经氯磺酸或浓硫酸处理合成TPPS4，然后进行以渗析和萃取分液为主的后处理。     

电镀添加剂的NMR定量分析

本文叙述了用于定量分析电镀添加剂中丙烯磺酸钠和糖精钠的快速、准确、精密的ＮＭＲ分析方法．该方法是依据每个组分的ＮＭＲ特征信号和用作内标的四甲基澳化按ＮＭＲ信号的积分比值建立的，各组分不需要预先分离．     

A NOVEL METHOD FOR FABRICATING COMPOSITE MOSAIC MEMBRANE WITH UNIQUE NF SELECTIVITY

A novel method of fabricating composite mosaic membranes was studied on the basis of interracial polymerization （IP） by coating a thin selective layer onto the surface of a micro-porous hollow-fiber membrane, in which, 2,5-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid was used as one monomer of the IP reaction, and a mixture of trimesoyl chloride （TMCI） and 4-（chloromethyl） benzoyl chloride as the other monomer. Through the IP reaction a thin selective layer with negatively charged groups could be first formed on the polyethersulfone （PES） support membrane. Then trimethylamine solution was introduced to modify the IP layer through a quaternization reaction. Thus the selective layer of this composite membrane contained both negatively charged and positively charged groups to perform the mosaic functionality. Characterization of the composite mosaic membranes was carried out through permeation experiments using different inorganic salts and dyes. The experimental results showed that the membranes could permeate both mono- and bi-valent inorganic salts, but reject larger organic molecules. Such a mosaic membrane is potentially useful for the separation of salts from water-soluble organics, especially in dye and textile industries.     

New Synthetic Method for Industrial Manufacture of Glutaric Dialdehyde

A new synthetic method for the manufacture of glutaric dialdehyde is investigated. Glutaric dialdehyde was prepared by the addition-hydrolysis reaction of benzimidazolium salt with saturated dihalide as the di-Grignard reagent. The yield of glutaric dialdehyde by this method can reach 73%. Both infrared spectra and melting point of the compound were consistent with those reported earlier. 二氢香芹醇的研制

用Bouvealt-Blane法将香芹酮还原成二氢香芹醇。在反应混和物中添加碱土金属的中性盐可抑制焦油的生成,提高产率。本文就碱土金属盐的种类及其用量、反应时间和反应温度对还原产率的影响进行了研究,选出了较好的反应条件,使香芹酮的转化率提高到66.3％。
