Mechanochemical Preparation of Water-Soluble Forms of Triterpene Acids

A waste-free technology for mechanochemical processing of fir needles into a biologically active preparation that regulates plant growth was developed. A preparation exhibiting cytokinin activity due to the presence in it of water-soluble forms of triterpene acids can be prepared using the proposed method. The effectiveness of the proposed method was confirmed by instrumental methods and biological tests.     

Evaluation of the Use of Elicitors for the Production of Antioxidant Compounds in Liquid Cultures of Ganoderma curtisii from Costa Rica

The use of substances or conditions as elicitors can significantly increase the production of secondary metabolites. In this research, the effects of different elicitors on the production of antioxidant secondary metabolites were evaluated in a strain of Ganoderma sp. The elicitors tested were pH changes in different growth phases of the fungus (pH 3, 5.5 and 8), different concentrations of peptone as a nitrogen source (1 g/L and 10 g/L), and the addition of chemical agents to the culture medium (ethanol, growth regulators, and salts). The alkaline pH during the stationary phase and the high availability of nitrogen were effective elicitors, producing cultures with higher antioxidant activity (37.87 g/L and 43.13 g/L dry biomass) although there were no significant differences with other treatments.

提出了基于复杂可编程逻辑器件 (CPLD)及低压差 (LDO)线性稳压器实现 3 2 0× 2 40长波红外非致冷焦平面阵列 (UFPA)驱动电路优化设计的方法 .选用Altera公司的MAX70 0 0AE系列CPLD作为硬件设计平台 ,运用VHDL语言对驱动时序进行硬件描述 ;选用TI公司的LDO线性稳压器及 14bit视频A/D转换器THS14 0 8实现UFPA偏置电路及视频输出信号的模数转换电路的设计 .测量与仿真结果证明是可行的 .     

分块镜扇形子镜驱动点位置优化计算

在光学综合孔径共相位检测微调系统中,分块镜子镜三自由度微动调节机构通常采用3个并联的微位移致动器来驱动各子镜,使单个分块镜具有独立的姿态调整能力,从而实现了光学共相位误差的纳米级精确校正。以理论力学原理作为切入点展开了分析,针对微动机构的稳定性、tilt-tip调节灵敏度等,根据所给定几何参数的子镜三驱动点位置对其进行了优化计算。经数学建模和仿真计算,得到了定参数子镜的三驱动点最佳位置坐标,进而归纳出了普遍适用的优化评价方法。     

Radioimmunologische Bestimmung von Pflanzenhormonen

In vorliegender Arbeit wird eine kurze Darstellung der Grundlagen, Erfordernisse, Vor- und Nachteile des Radioimmunoassay für Pflanzenhormone gegeben.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss briefly the basis, requirements, advantages, and disadvantages of radioimmunoassay with respect to plant hormones.     

液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱法快速测定草莓中6种植物生长调节剂的残留量

建立了高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间串联质谱(HPLC-Q TOF MS)快速检测草莓中2,4-滴、对氯苯氧乙酸、3-吲哚丁酸、氯吡脲、脱落酸、玉米素6种植物生长调节剂的分析方法。样品采用QuEChERS方法(Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe method)进行前处理(乙腈提取,C18吸附剂净化),采用Eclipse XDB-C8色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),以乙腈-5 mmol/L乙酸铵-0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,Q TOF MS电喷雾负离子模式分析检测。在全扫描采集模式下,以准分子离子峰的峰面积定量,以化合物的精确质量数定性。在Target MS/MS采集模式下,通过碎片离子的精确质量数进一步确证化合物。各化合物在0.005～1.0 mg/L范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99。6种化合物的检出限为1～5 μg/kg,添加回收率为87%～107%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%(n=6)。本方法简便快捷,选择性好,灵敏度高,可满足国内外现行法规的限量要求。     

Synthesis,bioactivity and functional evaluation of linker-modified allatostatin analogs as potential insect growth regulators

Insect growth regulators play an important role in integrated pest management strategies.The FGLa–allatostatins(ASTs)are a family of neuropeptides that can inhibit juvenile hormone(JH)biosynthesis by the corpora allata(CA)of Diploptera punctata in vitro,are regarded as insect growth regulator candidates.In the search for new potential mimics and to explore the effect of linker length on inhibiting JH biosynthesis,a series of AST analogs were synthesized by modifying the linker of K24,which was found to have a significant effect on JH biosynthesis in vitro in our previous study.Functional evaluation demonstrated that all the target compounds can activate the Dippu-Ast R,albeit with different potencies.Analog L6 with the longest linker(n=5),exhibited not only a promising effect on inhibition of JH biosynthesis both in vitro and in vivo,but also good activity in inhibiting basal oocyte growth.Structure–activity relationships(SAR)studies showed that longer linkers provided greater contribution to activity.

直接转矩控制变频调速系统的逆变器触发系统逻辑设计

从直接转矩控制原理出发，分别分析了异步电动机在正转和反转过程中磁链开关状态值与逆变器开关状态值间的逻辑关系及对应关系，并找到了正、反转切换时上述二方面存在的区别和联系。通过Ｐ／Ｎ控制器和转矩调节器实现对逆变器触发系统的正确控制。     

植物生长调节剂和蔗糖对抗黑胫病香果树丛芽分化的影响

将抗黑胫病香果树愈伤组织在ＢＡ、ＮＡＡ、蔗糖３因素条件下作Ｌ＿９（３￣４）正交组织培养试验．结果表明，ＢＡ、ＢＡ与ＮＡＡ的交互作用对抗病香果树愈伤组织丛芽分化有极显著影响．ＢＡ／ＮＮＡ（Ｘ）与芽分化（Ｙ）的关系为Ｙ＝１．３６５１Ｘ￣（０．１２８６），ＢＡ／ＮＡＡ（Ｘ）和ＢＡ＋ＮＡＡ（Ｙ）与芽分化（Ｚ）的关系为Ｚ＝１．１０３３＋０．０９９９（Ｘ＋Ｙ）－０．００２７（Ｘ＋Ｙ）￣２，ＢＡ／ＮＡＡ（Ｘ）和蔗糖浓度（Ｙ）与芽分化（Ｚ）的关系为Ｚ＝１．０７４０＋０．０７９３（Ｘ＋Ｙ）－０．００１７（Ｘ＋Ｙ）￣２．在本该试验范围内，丛芽分化的最适培养基为ＭＳ＋ＢＡ２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ＋蔗糖３％．
