ＭＰＵ－２００Ｐ型３８６微机电源是典型的半桥式脉宽调制型开关稳压电源。本文对它的工作原理进行了分析，并提出一种改进的方法。

The Markov modulated regulated Brownian motion: A second-order fluid flow model of a finite buffer

A second-order fluid flow model of a queue with finite capacity buffer and variable net input process is presented, based on the previous work of Karandikar and Kulkarni (1995). Queue length is modelled as a Brownian motion whose parameters are controlled by a finite state Markov chain. The process, termed a Markov modulated regulated Brownian motion (MMRBM), provides analytical solutions for steady state queue length distributions, overflow losses and idleness probabilities using boundary regulators. Applications of the model include queues with failure-prone servers and ATM statistical multiplexers with variable traffic loads. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.

Altered Lipid Composition of Secretory Cells Following Exposure to Zinc Can Be Correlated to Changes in Exocytosis

A micromolar concentration of zinc has been shown to significantly change the dynamics of exocytosis as well as the vesicle contents in a model cell line, providing direct evidence that zinc regulates neurotransmitter release. To provide insight into how zinc modulates these exocytotic processes, neurotransmitter release and vesicle content were compared with single cell amperometry and intracellular impact vesicle cytometry with a range of zinc concentrations. Additionally, time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) images of lipid distributions in the cell membrane after zinc treatment correlate to changes in exocytosis. By combining electrochemical techniques and mass spectrometry imaging, we proposed a mechanism by which zinc changes the fusion pore and the rate of neurotransmitter release by changing lipid distributions and results in the modulation of synaptic strength and plasticity.

普通高校美术专业学生自主学习能力的现状调查与思考

以四川省、重庆市三种类型高校（重点大学、省属高校、地方院校）美术专业的学生为特定对象,对其自主学习能力进行抽样调查。调查结果表明：普通高校美术专业学生自主学习水平的总分和各维度（自我调控、内容与环境、学习策略、学习动机）的得分并不高;在自主学习的总分和各维度上,生源地（农村、城镇）、独生与否等对自主学习水平没有显著性影响;但院校、年级等对自主学习水平无论是总分还是在各维度上均存在着显著性影响。
