发样矿物元素分析在干扰及校正

研究了影响发样矿物元素分析结果准确性的各种干扰因素 ,对取样、洗涤、烘干、消化及元素仪器测定等环节进行了探讨 ;同时对相关技术指标进行了测定 ,结果表明 :方法变异系数 <3%,标准回收率为 (10 0± 5 ) %.     

用N-(3-P)NEM标记毛发角蛋白研究毛发中低硫蛋白和高硫蛋白的状态

本文用一种特异性标记蛋白质巯基的N-(3-P)NEM为荧光探针标记毛发角蛋白,经SDS-PAGE后,通过荧光薄层扫描确定N-(3-P)NEM与含巯基蛋白结合的部位。结果表明,毛发角蛋白中的低硫蛋白分子量在45,000～63,000范围,约占总蛋白量的49.6％～68.2％;高硫蛋白分子量在4,000～20,000范围,约占总蛋白量的18.9％～36.2％。除低硫和高硫蛋白以外,毛发角蛋白中还可能存在一种极低硫蛋白,分子量位于22,000～32,000范围。对人与5种动物的毛发角蛋白组分进行比较,证实人与动物的毛发角蛋白的主要差异在高硫蛋白,不同种属的动物毛发角蛋白中低硫蛋白和高硫蛋白的含量也不相同。作者认为毛发角蛋白中含巯基蛋白的差异可为动物分类学和法医学在进行毛发比较鉴别方面提供新的重要信息。     

冈村枝管藻孢子体的形态和超微结构

从日本冲绳采回枝管藻，用毛细管将成熟多室孢子囊挑出，在试验室条件下培养，可长成孢子体．用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察发现：孢子释放后形成盘状体附着在基质上，念珠状同化丝从盘状体中间分生．同化丝可从中间部位产生分支，多室孢子囊位于部分同化丝的近端部；同化丝大量产生后基部细胞平行排列，中空，形成假薄壁组织，而后孢子体进入伸长生长阶段；在每个盘状体细胞和同化丝细胞中都有多个色素体和线粒体，蛋白核突出于色素体其他部分，类脂体存在于类囊体中；在同化丝的细胞壁上存在缺口；对同化纤毛而言，色素体和线粒体数量少，紧贴细胞膜，质壁分离严重，在细胞壁上存在“通道”．     

三种饲料添加剂对幼兔增重及饲料转化率的对比试验

对新球虫灵,喹乙醇,免健宝Ⅰ号,Ⅱ号配套复合饲料添加剂进行的幼兔饲养对比试验结果表明:以免健宝Ⅰ、Ⅱ号配套复合饲料添加剂联合效果为最佳,其它依次为单用兔健宝Ⅱ号、兔健宝Ⅰ号、喹乙醇,新球虫灵。而且兔健宝Ⅰ、Ⅱ号配套复合饲料添加剂有易混匀,简化配合饲料工序、节省饲料及增重快等优点。     

家兔膀胱动脉的解剖学研究

用血管铸型和透明方法观察了家兔膀胱的血供情况。膀胱动脉主要起自脐动脉，沿膀胱侧缘行向膀胱顶，沿途发出１～４支基本对称的分支分布于膀胱前面，两侧膀胱动脉的分支在其表面有吻合现象。膀胱动脉及其分支均呈不同程度的弯曲或弹簧状，可能是适应膀胱生理性增大的结构基础。     

Ring‐opening grafting polymerization of cyclic monomers onto human hair

Natural human hair was successfully modified by the graft polymerization of trimethylene carbonate, β‐propiolactone, ε‐caprolactone, glycidol, ε‐caprolactam, and 5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3‐dioxane‐2‐thione. In contrast, we could not modify natural human hair by the graft polymerization of oxetane under similar conditions. The model reaction suggested that the main initiating species in these polymerizations were the amino, thiol, and hydroxyl groups in hair, which could induce ring‐opening polymerization. Among the tested monomers, β‐propiolactone was most effective for hair modification with its graft polymer, whose concentration was as high as 0.5 g/g of hair though polymerization under mild conditions. The effects of the hair pretreatment and polymerization temperature on the weight ratio of the grafted polymers were also investigated. Hair modified by grafted polymers was characterized with scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared measurements. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Indirect boundary element method for unsteady linearized flow over prolate and oblate spheroids and hemispheroidal protuberances

The indirect boundary element method was used to study the hydrodynamics of oscillatory viscous flow over prolate and oblate spheroids, and over hemispheroidal bodies hinged to a plate. Analytic techniques, such as spheroidal coordinates, method of images, and series representations, were used to make the numerical methods more efficient. A novel method for computing the hydrodynamic torque was used, since for oscillatory flow the torque cannot be computed directly from the weightings. Instead, a Green's function for torque was derived to compute the torque indirectly from the weightings. For full spheroids, the method was checked by comparing the results to exact solutions at low and high frequencies, and to results computed using the singularity method. For hemispheroids hinged to a plate, the method for low frequencies was checked by comparing the results to previous results, and to exact solutions at high frequencies. 耳蜗毛细胞换能的生物物理特性

耳蜗的声感受是通过将大气压的微小波动转换成沿听神经传导的AP而实现的，HC在这-机-电换能过程中起关键作用。近二十年来，HC换能的生物物理特性研究取得许多重要突破，已在诸多方面从根本上改变了人们对听觉机制的传统认识。本文从HC换能模型、IHC与OHC的功能差异以及耳蜗声分析主动机制等三方面对这一领域进行了讨论与展望。

基于几种嵌入式系统接入Internet的技术，阐述8位Rabbit系列微处理器接入Inter-net的方案，并以其为核心应用于消防报警监控系统。     

Anionic grafting polymerization of propylene sulfide onto human hair in water

Natural human hair was modified by the graft polymerization of propylene sulfide in an aqueous medium. The amount of the polymer grafted onto the reduced hair was 0.15–0.19 g on 1.0 g of hair. The grafted polymer was isolated by the hydrolysis of the hair in the polymer‐grafted hair under basic conditions and was confirmed to be poly(propylene sulfide) by ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, and Fourier transform infrared spectra.
