制度创新与提高政治参与水平--以浙江部分地区的民主实践为例

社会现代化的发展同时会带来提高政治参与水平的问题.现有的制度如果不能解决这一问题,就可能导致种种危机.因此一方面,执政党应通过制度创新来发展党内民主;另一方面,政府也应当开辟公民参与的新渠道,积极推动社会民主.此外,民间力量的崛起也为扩大政治参与注入了体制外的动力.

政治经济学课程教学改革的思考

在师范院校政教系政治经济学既是政治理论课又是专业基础课。搞好政治经济学的教学,不仅对于学生学习好后续课程具有重要的基础性意义,而且对于培养学生的理论兴趣、科学精神和科学方法、创新精神和实践能力也具有十分重要的作用。因此,作为政治经济学课教师必须不断改革,在教学内容、方法、手段上创新,大胆探索,勇于实践,才能使政治经济学的教学更加适应新世纪人才培养的需要。     

Semi‐analytical integration of the 8‐node plane element stiffness matrix using symbolic computation

The semi‐analytical integration of an 8‐node plane strain finite element stiffness matrix is presented in this work. The element is assumed to be super‐parametric, having straight sides. Before carrying out the integration, the integral expressions are classified into several groups, thus avoiding duplication of calculations. Symbolic manipulation and integration is used to obtain the basic formulae to evaluate the stiffness matrix. Then, the resulting expressions are postprocessed, optimized, and simplified in order to reduce the computation time. Maple symbolic‐manipulation software was used to generate the closed expressions and to develop the corresponding Fortran code. Comparisons between semi‐analytical integration and numerical integration were made. It was demonstrated that semi‐analytical integration required less CPU time than conventional numerical integration (using Gaussian‐Legendre quadrature) to obtain the stiffness matrix. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Numerical solution of the three‐dimensional parabolic equation with an integral condition

Developement of numerical methods for obtaining approximate solutions to the three dimensional diffusion equation with an integral condition will be carried out. The numerical techniques discussed are based on the fully explicit (1,7) finite difference technique and the fully implicit (7,1) finite difference method and the (7,7) Crank‐Nicolson type finite difference formula. The new developed methods are tested on a problem. Truncation error analysis and numerical examples are used to illustrate the accuracy of the new algorithms. The results of numerical testing show that the numerical methods based on the finite difference techniques discussed in the present article produce good results. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 乡土情感与政治理念在《山雨》中形成了一种内在的张力。小说前半部分，乡土情感占优势，使作者能够充分调动丰富的乡土生活积累，作品显得浑厚沉实；后半部分，政治理念渐渐占了上风，作者驾驭起来就显得力不从心，从而使小说出现了思想与艺术的不平衡。

Construction algorithms for polynomial lattice rules for multivariate integration

We introduce a new construction algorithm for digital nets for integration in certain weighted tensor product Hilbert spaces. The first weighted Hilbert space we consider is based on Walsh functions. Dick and Pillichshammer calculated the worst-case error for integration using digital nets for this space. Here we extend this result to a special construction method for digital nets based on polynomials over finite fields. This result allows us to find polynomials which yield a small worst-case error by computer search. We prove an upper bound on the worst-case error for digital nets obtained by such a search algorithm which shows that the convergence rate is best possible and that strong tractability holds under some condition on the weights.

We extend the results for the weighted Hilbert space based on Walsh functions to weighted Sobolev spaces. In this case we use randomly digitally shifted digital nets. The construction principle is the same as before, only the worst-case error is slightly different. Again digital nets obtained from our search algorithm yield a worst-case error achieving the optimal rate of convergence and as before strong tractability holds under some condition on the weights. These results show that such a construction of digital nets yields the until now best known results of this kind and that our construction methods are comparable to the construction methods known for lattice rules.

We conclude the article with numerical results comparing the expected worst-case error for randomly digitally shifted digital nets with those for randomly shifted lattice rules.

     

对严肃党的政治纪律与深化教学改革的辩证思考

我国正在进行完善和发展社会主义制度的自我变革，特别是在发展社会主义市场经济条件下，教育体制、教育模式、教育环境、教育对象等都发生了很大变化。如何适应这种变化，高校作为社会主义上层建筑的重要组成部分必须坚持两手抓，一手抓纪律，一手抓教改，二者不可偏废。
