Technically optimal inspection policy with arithmetical adaption

A process is considered whose quality deteriorates accordingto a constant failure intensity . As in practice it can be difficultto estimate the true value of the purpose of this paper isto present a strategy which can be applied without knowing .In order to maximize the number of conforming items per timeunit perfect inspections and renewals are performed. The lengthof the inspection interval is described by an arithmetical sequenceand changes by the time depending on perceived assignable causes.Optimal adaptive control plans provide nearly the same performanceas in the case when is known.

随着电子商务的快速发展,供应链中供求关系的形成也越来越困难,因而提出了一种形成较好供求关系的同步上升策略,给出了相应的概念和理论,并对策略进行了相关证明,这种机制能够保证在供求关系形成过程中的个体和整个供应链系统的利益.     

大学生就业扶持政策的有效性分析及改进:基于DEA方法的实证分析

鉴于数据包络分析(DEA)方法在评价多输入、多输出系统相对有效性方面所具有的优越性,基于DEA方法构建了C2R模型及相应投影分析模型和评价指标体系,对1999-2008年中国所实行的大学生就业扶持政策的有效性进行了评价分析,实证分析结果表明1999-2002年的大学生就业扶持政策在促进和解决大学生就业方面的效果显著,而2003年以后的大学生就业扶持政策在解决大学生就业问题上存在明显的效率损失,且政策效果逐年下降.为了提高大学生就业扶持政策的实施效果,就业扶持政策在未来的改进重点应着力从财政补贴、高等教育经费投入和贷款补助等政策内容入手,并提高政策的执行力度.     

The existence of sensitive optimal policies in two multi-dimensional queueing models

Recently Dekker and Hordijk [3,4] introduced conditions for the existence of deterministic Blackwell optimal policies in denumerable Markov decision chains with unbounded rewards. These conditions include- uniform geometric recurrence.The-uniform geometric recurrence property also implies the existence of average optimal policies, a solution to the average optimality equation with explicit formula's and convergence of the value iteration algorithm for average rewards. For this reason, the verification of-uniform geometric convergence is also useful in cases where average and-discounted rewards are considered.On the other hand,-uniform geometric recurrence is a heavy condition on the Markov decision chain structure for negative dynamic programming problems. The verification of-uniform geometric recurrence for the Markov chain induced by some deterministic policy together with results by Sennott [14] yields the existence of a deterministic policy that minimizes the expected average cost for non-negative immediate cost functions.In this paper-uniform geometric recurrence will be proved for two queueing models: theK competing queues and the two centre open Jackson network with control of the service rates.The research of the author is supported by the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research N.W.O.     

A non-stationary periodic review production–inventory model with uncertain production capacity and uncertain demand

In this paper we consider a nonstationary periodic review dynamic production–inventory model with uncertain production capacity and uncertain demand. The maximum production capacity varies stochastically. It is known that order up-to (or base-stock, critical number) policies are optimal for both finite horizon problems and infinite horizon problems. We obtain upper and lower bounds of the optimal order up-to levels, and show that for an infinite horizon problem the upper and the lower bounds of the optimal order up-to levels for the finite horizon counterparts converge as the planning horizons considered get longer. Furthermore, under mild conditions the differences between the upper and the lower bounds converge exponentially to zero.

The achievable region method in the optimal control of queueing systems; formulations,bounds and policies

We survey a new approach that the author and his co-workers have developed to formulate stochastic control problems (predominantly queueing systems) asmathematical programming problems. The central idea is to characterize the region of achievable performance in a stochastic control problem, i.e., find linear or nonlinear constraints on the performance vectors that all policies satisfy. We present linear and nonlinear relaxations of the performance space for the following problems: Indexable systems (multiclass single station queues and multiarmed bandit problems), restless bandit problems, polling systems, multiclass queueing and loss networks. These relaxations lead to bounds on the performance of an optimal policy. Using information from the relaxations we construct heuristic nearly optimal policies. The theme in the paper is the thesis that better formulations lead to deeper understanding and better solution methods. Overall the proposed approach for stochastic control problems parallels efforts of the mathematical programming community in the last twenty years to develop sharper formulations (polyhedral combinatorics and more recently nonlinear relaxations) and leads to new insights ranging from a complete characterization and new algorithms for indexable systems to tight lower bounds and nearly optimal algorithms for restless bandit problems, polling systems, multiclass queueing and loss networks.

关于完善江苏省优秀运动队激励政策的思考

完善的激励政策有利于调动运动员、教练员和相关人员的积极性,有利于凝聚集体的智慧和力量,有利于推动全运会各项备战工作顺利、有序、高效的进行。笔者通过对江苏省近三届全运会的奖金、津贴及相关激励政策进行调研分析,得出了大家肯定并应坚持执行的以及可以进一步完善的现行激励政策,并通过深入研究,提出了进一步完善和改进激励政策的几点建议,为运动队的科学管理提供理论参考。     

大学生就业现状与国家就业政策探析

通过对一次调查问卷的分析,探讨了当代大学生的就业心态,并对就业政策的有效实施提出建议。
