Abstract A simple kinetic-spectrophotometric method for the analysis of the organophosphate insecticide methyl parathien is presented. The method is based on the alkaline hydrolysis of the insecticide into its main metabolite p-nitrophenol. The influence of reaction variables (pH and temperature), and the effect of other pesticides, are discussed. The calibration graphs (initial rate, fixed time, fixed absorbance) were linear from 2 to 30μg/ml. The precision was calculated for the different methods applied, the relative standard deviation being 6.25% for 4μg/ml. The proposed kinetic method can be applied directly to synthetic mixtures, commercial formulations and different aqueous environment, with recoveries close to 100%. 相似文献

一维纳米Co_3O_4,Ag/Co_3O_4及CuO/Co_3O_4的合成与电催化性能(英文) 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用水热合成法制备了Co3O4及复合Ag/Co3O4、CuO/Co3O4一维纳米产品。用XRD,FE-SEM和TEM手段对产品进行了表征。采用循环伏安法研究了合成产品修饰的玻碳电极在碱性溶液中对对硝基苯酚的电催化还原性能。与裸玻碳电极相比,1mmol·L-1的对硝基苯酚在用Co3O4、特别是CuO/Co3O4修饰的玻碳电极上还原的峰电流明显增大,用Ag/Co3O4(Ag/Co原子比分别为1∶5和2∶5)修饰的玻碳电极催化还原对硝基苯酚时,尽管还原峰电流增大不是太大,但其峰电位明显降低(分别降低0.265和0.371V)。 相似文献

用过量浸渍-液相还原法制备Pd/Al2 O3催化剂,采用等离子发射光谱仪(ICP)、X线衍射仪(XRD)对催化剂进行表征,并在对硝基苯酚催化加氢反应中考察其催化性能.结果表明:还原剂的类型、还原温度和还原时间对Pd/Al2 O3催化剂的晶型和活性影响显著.当采用水合肼(N2 H4·H2O)作还原剂、0℃还原30 min时,催化剂表现出较高的对硝基苯酚加氢活性,加氢速率达到22.7 mmol/(min·g),对氨基苯酚的选择性为100%,收率为99%.与工业常用骨架Ni催化剂的性能进行比较,Pd/Al2 O3催化剂在活性、选择性和稳定性都明显优于骨架Ni催化剂. 相似文献

研究了以自制掺铁的锐钛矿型TiO2(即A-TiO2)光催化降解对硝基苯酚的动力学过程。结果表明:在可见光照射下,对硝基苯酚溶液为20mg·L-1、溶液调节为酸性(pH=2)、自制的掺铁0.1%(摩尔分数)A-TiO2的投入量1.0g·L-1、室温下搅拌下反应200min的条件下,对硝基苯酚的光催化降解的表观反应速率常数k(0.0050min-1)和降解率(64.52%)最大,拟合可见光下铁掺杂TiO2降解对硝基苯酚为一级反应。 相似文献

Abstract The inhibition effect of a surfactant on an enzymic reaction of lipase was investigated to determine small amounts of the surfactant. Surfactants could be determined by colori-metrically measuring the degree of their inhibition in the enzymic reaction. By the method studied, 10–200 ppm of LAS, 25–300 ppm of ABS, 102 ?103 ppm of SDS, and 1–10% of polyethyleneglycol dodecyl ether and polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether could be determined with coefficient of variance of about 2%. 相似文献

Abstract An optical flow-through biosensor based on the transient retention of p-nitrophenol on an ion-exchange support packed in the flow cell is presented. The approach was applied to the determination of the activity of some enzymes which catalyze the conversion of p-nitrophenyl-derivatives into p-nitrophenol. The method was first developed for determination of p-nitrophenol yielding a linear range between 0.1–5 μg/mL (r2 = 0.9922, r.s.d.% less than 2.5), then, it was also applied to the determination of β-D-glucuronidase activity in serum, with a linear range between 0.1–20 U/L (r2 = 0.9976, r.s.d.% less than 3.0), and a sampling frequency of 20 h?1. The application of the method to the determination of the enzyme activity in serum samples provided results consistent with those obtained by a conventional method and recoveries within 95–104%. 相似文献

研究了以聚偏氟乙烯膜为支撑体,N,N-二(1-甲基庚基)乙酰胺(N-503)为载体的支撑液膜体系中对硝基酚(PNP)的传输行为,考察了料液相pH、解析相NaOH浓度、无机盐、离子强度、膜相载体浓度以及PNP初始浓度对PNP传输的影响,并对该体系传输PNP的最佳条件进行了讨论。获得最佳条件:料液相pH为1.42,KNO3控制离子强度为0.4,解析相NaOH浓度为0.025mol/L,膜相载体浓度为20%。当PNP初始浓度c0为1.8×10-4mol/L时,60 min,传输率可达82.5%,渗透系数P=3.58×10-3m/s。 相似文献

通过种子生长法合成了不同形态的金纳米粒子,之后加入至氧化石墨烯水分散液中超声震荡得到不同形状的氧化石墨烯-金纳米粒子复合物。运用扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、拉曼光谱等表征手段,探究复合物的表面结构、结合能与电荷状态,通过对对硝基苯酚的检测以表征其拉曼活性,并分析造成不同增强效果的原因。结果表明,氧化石墨烯-金纳米粒子复合物表现出良好的表面增强拉曼活性,可以成功地检测到10-5 mol/L的对硝基苯酚,且复合物的表面增强拉曼活性因金粒子的形状不同而有所差异。 相似文献
