纳米金修饰玻碳电极在抗坏血酸共存下选择性测定去甲肾上腺素

利用电沉积的方法制得纳米金修饰玻碳电极 ,该修饰电极对去甲肾上腺素 (NE)氧化反应有催化作用。去甲肾上腺素在纳米金修饰玻碳电极上有很强的吸附作用。研究了磷酸缓冲溶液的pH值和浓度对NE的电化学行为的影响。从去甲肾上腺素和抗坏血酸在纳米金修饰电极的循环伏安图上可观察到两个明显分开的氧化峰 ,峰电位差达到 1 3 1mV ,因此 ,可利用该修饰电极在抗坏血酸存在下选择性测定去甲肾上腺素 ,线性范围为 1× 1 0 - 4 ～5× 1 0 - 6 mol L。     

Thin-layer chromatographic separation of serotonin from epinephrine and norepinephrine

A thin-layer chromatographic procedure is reported for the separation of serotonin from epinephrine and norepinephrine. The method involves the use of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid-impregnated silica gel G plates and n-butanol-ethanol-acetic acid-water (8:2:1:3) as developer. Serotonin is well separated from both epinephrine and norepinephrine. Epinephrine and norepinephrine overlapped slightly but were both detectable. The procedure is thus applicable to the separation of all three biogenic amines in spite of the absence of an absolutely clear separation of epinephrine from norepinephrine.     

高效液相色谱法同时测定树鼩脑组织中的去甲肾上腺素,多巴胺,5-羟色胺及色氨酸

应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)--荧光检测,在一根带有预柱的LKB Superpac ODSC_(18)钢柱上,使用离子对系统做为洗脱液,对一组正常活动规律的树鼩脑组织液中的去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)及色氨酸(TRP)进行测定。荧光检测的波长为激发波长280nm,发射波长360nm得到各物质最小检测限量为:40ng NE和80ngDA(信噪比3:1)以及10ng5-HT和15ng TRP(信噪比4:1)。此方法具有实验操作简单、方便、快速、灵敏度较高、样品易于处理等特点。     

组织胺在兔十二指肠纵肌收缩中的作用及递质间的相互关系

以家兔离体十二指肠纵肌方向的张力为指标，观察了乙酰胆碱（Ａｃｈ）、去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）、组织胺（Ｈｉｓｔａｍｉｎｅ）对十二指肠的作用，探讨了组织胺对Ａｃｈ，ＮＥ的调制作用．实验表明，在正常情况下兔离体十二指肠收缩活动比较规律，并出现梭形波，纵肌的张力变化呈现周期性．Ａｃｈ对十二指肠的作用依其剂量的不同而不同．ＮＥ通过β抑制性受体对十二指肠产生抑制作用，而β兴奋性受体和α兴奋性受体介导兴奋．组织胺对十二指肠的作用与肠的机能状态有关，Ｈ１型受体介导兴奋．阈下剂量的组织胺可激活ＮＥ的α受体使ＮＥ表现为兴奋作用，对Ａｃｈ具有调制作用     

去甲肾上腺素在碳纤维修饰电极上的电化学行为研究

利用电沉积的方法制备DNA、纳米金双层修饰碳纤维电极。该电极对去甲肾上腺素电化学氧化反应具有催化作用。研究了磷酸缓冲溶液浓度和pH值对NE的电化学行为的影响。该修饰电极可以在共存抗坏血酸情况下选择性测定NE。     

The GLC Separation of Hydroxyl-Substituted Amines of Biological Importance Including the Catecholamines. Preparation of Derivatives for Electron Capture Detection

Abstract

The catecholamines and related biological amines have been converted to trimethylsilyl ether-amide derivatives through a two-step reaction sequence. All hydroxyl groups (phenolic and alcohol) were converted to TMSi ethers by reaction with TSIM. N-acylimidazole was added to the reaction mixture to effect the acylation of primary and secondary amines. TMSi-Ac (trimethylsilyl ether-acetyl) and TMSi-HFB (trimethylsilyl ether-heptafluorobutyryl) derivatives were studied. The HFB derivatives had excellent GLC properties. It is proposed to compare the sensitivity of detection of these and related compounds by flame ionization and by electron capture detection systems.
