Free‐radical copolymerizations of N‐vinylcaprolactam (VCL) and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) were investigated to synthesize temperature‐responsive reactive copolymers with minimized compositional heterogeneity. The average copolymer composition was determined by Fourier transform infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance techniques. The reactivity ratios for VCL and GMA were found to be 0.0365 ± 0.0009 and 6.44 ± 0.36 by the Fineman–Ross method and 0.039 ± 0.006 and 6.75 ± 0.29 by the Kelen–Tudos method, respectively. When prepared by batch polymerization, VCL–GMA copolymers had a highly heterogeneous composition and fractions of different solubilities in water. The use of a gradual feeding technique, which included the sequential addition of more reactive GMA monomer into the reaction, yielded copolymers with much more homogeneous composition. The produced copolymers with 0.9 and 0.11 fractional GMA contents preserved their temperature‐responsive properties and precipitated from aqueous solutions when the temperature exceeded 31 °C. The GMA units in the VCL–GMA copolymers were capable of reacting with amino end‐functionalized poly(ethylene oxide) at room temperature to produce poly(N‐vinylcaprolactam)–poly(ethylene oxide) graft copolymers. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. LDPE and its blend with cellulose, obtained by extrusion, were UV-irradiated with different doses or biodegraded in soil up to 1 year. Simultaneously, the same samples were 1 year biodegraded after 20 h UV pre-irradiation in the same conditions. The course of photo- and biodegradation was monitored by estimation of average molecular weights and polydispersity, gel amount, changes of PE crystallinity and mechanical properties. Moreover, the biodegradation degree was calculated on the basis of carbon dioxide evolved and surface morphological changes were observed by SEM. It was found that biodegradation of PE + cellulose is hampered by intermolecular crosslinking of both components. Although, the rate of decomposition of PE + cellulose blends is low it is enough for disintegration of such materials in the natural environment.  相似文献

采用CTAB法^[1]从珍稀濒危植物安徽羽叶报春(Primula merrilliana)的幼叶中提取DNA,进行随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)实验,通过Mg^2 、dNTP、Taq酶、模板浓度的优化,确立了RAPD反应的最佳体系(25μ1)范围为:Mg^2 浓度为2.0—2.5mmol/L,模板浓度为每个反应50—150ng,dNTP浓度为200—250μmol/L,Taq酶为1.5—2.0U,按照优化的RAPD条件进行的重复实验,重现性良好。  相似文献

Agarwood, a species of resinous heartwood, is a precious medicinal plant and a type of rare natural spice, which is widely used in medicine, cosmetics, religious activities, and other fields. In this study, agarwood samples from eight different regions across four countries were analyzed by comprehensive two‐dimensional gas chromatography?quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. A total of 232 species were identified (the match factors of these compounds were above 750). The main compounds of agarwood are oxygenated sesquiterpenes and chromones. The compositions of India1 and Malaysia2 were significantly different from those of other samples, which might be attributed to the different production processes of agarwood. For further investigation, factor analysis was conducted for six agarwood samples. The results showed that the data classification possessed a regional characteristic; according to the retention time and relative content, characteristic compositions were determined by factor scores. Finally, the differences of characteristic compositions were simply analyzed, and the reasons were speculated.  相似文献

以熔铸型含铝混合炸药熔奥梯铝为对象,研究铸装含铝混合炸药快速热点火后的燃烧转爆轰特性。建立了快速热点火燃烧转爆轰实验平台,由实验装置(加热装置、约束钢管、炸药)、压力测试系统、光纤测速系统组成;加热装置加热15 mm厚45钢钢板,峰值温度大于1 100℃,温升速率为85~95℃/s。开展了快速热点火带壳熔奥梯铝炸药燃烧转爆轰实验,由加热装置加热约束钢管内熔奥梯铝炸药,炸药化学反应阵面压力和传播速度分别由压电性高压压力传感器和光纤探针测定;实测阵面压力约1 GPa,传播速度最大约2 600 m/s。由光纤数据获得炸药化学反应阵面传播轨迹,通过特征线方法获得冲击形成点,半定量给出冲击形成距离大于850 mm;并比较了管体破片质量实测值与炸药完全爆轰时破片平均质量计算值,实测值远小于计算值。综合实测化学反应阵面传播速度和压力、冲击形成距离分析、破片质量比较,可确定熔奥梯铝炸药没有发生完全爆轰,其化学反应状态为爆燃。另外,采用Adams和Pack模型、CJ燃烧模型,都能够半定量的预估冲击形成距离和燃烧波后压力,为实验设计提供依据,但CJ燃烧模型的计算结果更接近于实测值。  相似文献

根据耐磨性和工艺性的要求 ,结合我国资源情况 ,运用正交试验法 ,研究设计了EDZCr型耐磨焊条的药皮成分 ,分析了药皮重量系数分别为53%和104 %的两种焊条在焊接电流分别为100A、180A、200A、240A时的堆焊层的硬度、金相组织和性能。结果表明 :用该焊条堆焊 ,不需专用设备 ,容易掌握 ,堆焊层硬度高 ,耐磨性好 ;药皮重量系数和焊接工艺对堆焊层性能有较大影响 ,生产中须根据具体情况确定。  相似文献
