铅笔芯修饰聚苯胺制作微型复合pH电极的性能

在0.3mm直径的铅笔芯上电修饰聚苯胺,封入玻璃毛细管中,并与Ag/AgCl电极组合成复合微型pH电极.经实验测试,该电极的pH响应特性良好,在pH1～11的线性范围内,能斯特斜率为(-56.4±0.5)mV/pH,线性相关系数不小于0.996.作为参比的Ag/AgCl电极性能稳定.由于电极是复合微型化的,所以可用于活体微区测定.     

液体饱和蒸气压力和温度关系测定仪的研制

用特定材料和巧妙的方法设计制作了安全可靠和密封性好的微型锅炉 ,理论分析和实验证实压力容器(微型锅炉 )的上述性能 .以微型锅炉为基础 ,配以压力、温度传感器及控制电路制成了液体饱和蒸气压力和温度关系测定仪 ,通过对水、无水乙醇的饱和蒸气压力和温度关系的测定 ,证明该仪器在设计压力及温度范围内测得的数据与公认值吻合 ,具有一定的实用价值

基于无机化学实验课程的特点,探讨了在无机化学实验课程的教学中实施教学改革的措施和方法,并结合具体的教学实践,就全面提高无机化学实验课程教学质量,培养学生的综合素质和严谨务实的科学探索能力等方面进行了讨论.     

Identification of metabolites in WZS‐miniature pig urine after oral administration of Danshen decoction by HPLC coupled with diode array detection with electrospray ionization tandem ion trap and time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry

Danshen (DS) is a widely used traditional Chinese medicine for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. A simple, rapid and sensitive method was developed for identification of the in vivo metabolites in urine of WZS‐miniature pigs after oral administration of DS decoction by HPLC coupled with diode array detection with electrospray ionization tandem ion trap and time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. This method has been successfully applied to simultaneous identification of 50 compounds (including 11 new ones) in pig urine. In addition, one new compound, (3‐hydroxyphenyl) crylic acid glycine methyl ester (C1), along with eight known ones were first isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic means, including 1D/2DNMR and mass spectrometry, as reference substances. Ten phenolic compounds (protocatechuic aldehyde, protocatechuic acid, caffeic acid, danshensu, ferulic acid, isoferulic acid, rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid A/B/D) were found to be the main absorbed original constituents of DS decoction, which underwent the metabolic reactions of glucuronidation, sulfation, methylation, hydrogenation and glycine conjugation in vivo. In conclusion, the developed method is applicable to the analysis and identification of constituents in biological matrices after administration of DS decoction. Modeling of the EHD effects on hydrodynamics and heat transfer within a flat miniature heat pipe including axial capillary grooves

A numerical model for an electrohydrodynamic (EHD) grooved Flat Miniature Heat Pipe (FMHP) is developed. Two microchannel shapes are considered as axial capillary structures: square and triangle grooves. For both groove shapes, the electric field affects the liquid-vapor radius of curvature which decreases in the condenser and increases in the evaporator under the action of the electric field. The liquid and vapor velocities are also affected by the EHD effects. The electric field effects on the velocities depend on the FMHP zone. It is also demonstrated that the electric field increases the vapor pressure drop; however, it decreases the liquid pressure drop. The liquid-wall and vapor-wall viscous forces as well as the shear liquid-vapor forces are affected by the electric field. The analysis of the electric forces shows that the dielectrophoretic forces which act on the liquid-vapor interface are predominant and their order of magnitude is much higher than the Coulomb forces. Finally, it is also demonstrated that the capillary limit increases with the electric field for both groove shapes.     

脉动热管的毛细管结构和尺度效应实验研究

脉动热管的毛细管结构变化如何影响其性能是研究者关注的问题.本文对毛细管截面为正方形和正三角形,水力直径范围为1 mm左右的回路型脉动热管的传热性能进行了实验研究.结果表明,角管脉动热管的倾角变化时,底加热明显优于顶加热;三角形截面脉动热管的热阻比正方形截面脉动热管的热阻更低.脉动热管在水力直径为1.5 mm时比1mm时的性能要好.实验研究为理论分析打下了基础.

人造复眼成像系统具有体积小、功耗低、视角范围广等优点，是一种应用前景非常广阔的光成像系统。综述了人造复眼成像系统的研究背景及最新的研究进展，其中包宿基于不同仿生设计理念的各种新型人造复眼结构以及能够实现诸如彩色成像、指纹识别、全视角成像等新功能的实验系统；展望了人造复眼成像系统今后的研究方向。     

超短光泵NH3远红外激光器

在对光泵远红外激光器样品管最佳长度研究成果的基础上发现,如果泵浦频偏和泵浦功率密度总是保持不变,激光器的工作气体压强越高则激光器的样品管长度就越短。我们安装了长度只有1cm的光泵NH_3远红外激光器并成功地出光。     

微型贯流水轮发电机组

介绍了一种新型的低水头全贯流微型水轮发电机组。它不需励磁,不必调速,采用晶闸管变流技术,保证电压的频率、幅值、相位的稳定。它适合山区分散的独立用户,也可以并网运行。     

基于无线传感的逆变器监控设计

提出一种基于CC2430的ZigBee无线网络通讯技术,采用模块化设计方法,完成了无线传感的微逆变器监控系统,通过DSP(TMS320LF2407)数字信号控制器,实现稳定的SPWM波形输出.给出了功率开关器件具体的驱动电路设计以及无线网络通信的系统软件流程图.
