建开放实验室 促创新型人才培养

开放实验室是教育改革的新举措，也是培养创新人才，提高综合素质的必由之路。该文根据西北农林科技大学农学院教学实验中心两年多的开放实践，阐明了开放实验的作用、开放运行模式和保障制度，介绍了开放实验室之后取得的成效，并特别强调了无偿开放办法的益处。另外，从管理方式，经费来源，激励制度，安全隐患等方面，提出了改进措施，供大家借鉴。

Implementation of an integrated glucose POCT system

In response to a change of the Belgian National Directives whereby hospital laboratories became responsible for all point-of-care testing (POCT) performed within hospital walls a standardized and automated POC glucose-testing system was implemented in our hospital. The system consists of 50 AccuCheck Inform instruments (Roche Diagnostics, Vilvoorde, Belgium), 50 docking stations, a DataCare Server, and connections to the medical laboratory information system (MOLIS, Sysmex, Barchon, Belgium) and to the hospital information system. Implementation involved many parties and extensive preparation and communication. Key issues were bar-coded patient and user identification, training, and responsibilities. One year after the hospital wide implementation of this system the quality of POC glucose testing has significantly increased, thereby improving patient safety. This study describes a stepwise change over involving the medical laboratory and with a focus on hands-on quality.Presented at the ninth conference on Quality in the Spotlight, 18–19 March 2004, Antwerp, Belgium.     

现代电子开放实验室的建设与实践

电子电工课程教学基地建设是实验教学的要求，我们将其分为“电子电工实验室”、“EDA实验室”“计算机教学实验室”三大部分进行建设。对实验室的建设与实践进行了探讨和总结。     

Ultrasonic evaluation of anisotropic damage in multiaxially textile-reinforced thermoplastic composites made from hybrid yarns

The basic damage and failure models of multiaxially reinforced composites with a thermoplastic matrix are presented and verified. Within the framework of continuum damage mechanics, a phenomenological model is introduced, where the damage is defined as a change in the elasticity tensor. For damage identification, a specific ultrasonic device was developed. A combination of an immersion set-up and a contact coupling device formed a system for an efficient determination of stiffness-tensor components from convenient sets of velocity measurements. Linked to a tensile machine, it allowed us to measure the anisotropic damage of the new materials group caused by tensile loading. 运动生化实验室建设和改革的实践与思考

本文浅谈了我院运动生化实验室建设和改革的一些实践经验,并提出了今后的发展设想。     

筒型基础系缆平台沉／拔过程侧摩阻力原型测试

介绍了1999年首次安装在渤海锦州9－3地区多筒基础平台安装施工过程中的侧摩阻力原型测试研究，描述了简型基础上沉和上拔过程中筒壁侧摩阻力的测试系统和测试方法，给出了主要测试结果并与现行规范进行了对比分析，这项成果对筒型基础平台的设计和施工具有直接的参考意义。     

Testing deviations from the inverse square law with a freely falling gravity gradiometer at balloon altitudes

Summary We discuss a null experiment to search for the fifth force at ranges around 10 km. It is proposed to use a three-axis gravity gradiometer to measure the trace of the Earth gravity tensor from a freely falling elevator dropped by a balloon. The main error sources are considered to some extent. Paper presented at the V Cosmic Physics National Conference, S. Miniato, November 27–30, 1990.     

Design and Cold Tests of Asymmetric Quasioptical Resonators

This paper presents the design and test of asymmetric quasioptical resonators for gyrotron applications, where most of the diffraction output coupling comes from the smaller of two mirrors. A computer code based on scalar diffraction theory is used to calculate the resonator losses and the electric field near the mirrors. Resonators with mirror separations approaching confocal have reduced side lobes in the diffraction patterns, which should allow for better power transmission and focusing. Cold tests have been performed at 94 and 141 GHz to measure the quality factor of the asymmetric resonators as a function of mirror separation and mirror misalignment. Typical resonator parameters include 65 cm mirror separation, 1-3% output coupling and 85% of the losses from the small mirror. A half-symmetric resonator with one flat and one curved mirror has also been investigated. The calculated values of Q are in reasonably good agreement with the cold test measurements.
