高校财务监督体系的变革与完善

为适应知识经济时代的要求，高校财务监督体系必须进行变革和完善。本文就这一课题，分别从当前所面临的新形势，高校财务监督体系变革和完善的举措以及应该注意的一些问题做了阐述。     

Multivariate Gini Indices

Two extensions of the univariate Gini index are considered:R_D, based on expected distance between two independent vectors from the same distribution with finite meanμ ^d; andR_V, related to the expected volume of the simplex formed fromd+1 independent such vectors. A new characterization ofR_Das proportional to a univariate Gini index for a particular linear combination of attributes relates it to the Lorenz zonoid. TheLorenz zonoidwas suggested as a multivariate generalization of the Lorenz curve.R_Vis, up to scaling, the volume of the Lorenz zonoid plus a unit cube of full dimension. Whend=1, bothR_DandR_Vequal twice the area between the usual Lorenz curve and the line of zero disparity. Whend>1, they are different, but inherit properties of the univariate Gini index and are related via the Lorenz zonoid:R_Dis proportional to the average of the areas of some two-dimensioned projections of the lift zonoid, whileR_Vis the average of the volumes of projections of the Lorenz zonoid over all coordinate subspaces.     

我国股票市场的价值基础及价格泡沫研究

借助剩余收益模型测定了我国股票市场1992年至2002年历年年末的市场价值基础,并探讨了股票市场价格泡沫问题.研究结果表明,尽管上市公司的盈利能力不断下降,但市场的价值基础并未出现明显下降;由于市场的不成熟,我国股票市场中的泡沫成分较多;股价指数及市盈率指标不具有价格泡沫及投资价值的判断功能.     

浅议外资企业外籍高管人员个人所得税的纳税处理

针对外商投资企业逐步增加，企业内外籍员工的个人所得税涉税金额占国内个人所得税税收金额的比例越来越大的现状，指出了实际工作中现行税收法规中有待商榷与推敲的问题，并提出了修改建议。

中国对出口纺织品征税的经济效应分析

2005年1月1日国际纺织品贸易配额制度取消，这对中国纺织品行业来说无疑是一个利好的消息，中国纺织品企业正准备最大限度占领国际市场。但是，经中国商务部批准，中国海关总署却宣布从2005年1月1日起对六大类31种纺织品（共148项）服装征收出口从量税，其对我国纺织业的影响从纯经济学和政策含义两个角度进行分析，可得出征收出口税将会产生很强的国内收入分配效应。而从提高本国净国民福利立场出发，应将出口税改为国内税。     

Impact of the Small Town Construction on Original Inhabitants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area--A Case Study in Lishu Village, Changling Town, Chongqing Municipality, China

Based on the five-year long dynamic tracking and investigation of the peasant households of the Lishu village, the influences by small town construction on the economy and employment of the original peasant households are discussed. On the one hand, small town construction plays a positive role in adjustment of the industrial structure of the original peasant households and in the transfer of their employment towards non-agricultural industries. On the other hand the economic growth of the original peasant households is not so well sustainable, and is so fluctuating. Moreover,the unbalance of income distribution of the said households has been furthered, and small town construction has made the existing labor surplus of the original peasant households more serious, particularly the women labor surplus.     

试论价值增殖是商品经济的一般范畴

人们通常把价值增殖当作剩余价值的同义语，看作是资本主义商品经济的特殊范畴。本文认为价值增殖与剩余价值是两个既相联系又相区别的经济范畴。其中，价值增殖作为社会生产力发展和商品经济关系的产物，是商品经济的一般范畴，存在于一切商品经济中．而剩余价值只是价值增殖在资本主义商品经济中特殊表现形式．在小商品经济和社会主义商品经济中，价值增殖则分别表现为小商品生产者的收入和社会主义企业的盈利。从理论上阐明价值增殖及其表现形式，对于研究社会主义商品经济理论具有重要意义。
