A regioselective method for the synthesis of [(-nitroalkyl)-ONN-azoxy]alkyl- and-arylsulfones by oxidative condensation of pseudonitroles with aliphatic and aromatic sulfamides under the action of dibromoisocyanurate (DBI) was proposed. The analytical capability of high-temperature halogenation with carbon tetrachloride vapour in a graphite furnace was investigated for silicon carbide powder with known chemical composition and particle size. Intensity vs heating time curves were determined for analytical lines of Al, B, Ba, Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ti, V and Si constituents, volatilized with and without the presence of CCl4 vapour in the furnace atmosphere. Igniting 10 mg SiC at 2100 °C for 60 s in chlorinating atmosphere, the evaporated fraction of most of the constituents was higher than 90% (for Al about 50%). The line intensity vs sample mass (4–26 mg) relationships were linear for all impurities studied, while the intensity of silicon line showed a relatively small change with the sample mass. BEC (background equivalent concentration) values for this solid sampling technique (10 mg loaded sample) were 2–20 fold lower than those calculated for the conventional solution sample introduction method.  相似文献

An efficient protocol to synthesize iodohydrins from alkenes is presented. Reactions were conducted in aqueous media using safe and readily available sodium iodide (the most abundant form of the element), and a highly convenient oxidant such as hydrogen peroxide. Addition of a protic acid triggers a faster and efficient process, a role formally related to that played by haloperoxidase enzymes in naturally occurring transformations. The successful application of these conditions to multigram scale preparations and over natural products derivatives is also discussed.  相似文献

An efficient primary-amine-directed, palladium-catalyzed C−H halogenation (X=I, Br, Cl) of phenylalanine derivatives is reported on a range of quaternary amino acid (AA) derivatives thanks to suitable conditions employing trifluoroacetic acid as additive. The extension of this original native functionality-directed ortho-selective halogenation was even demonstrated with the more challenging native phenylalanine as tertiary AA.  相似文献

A transient and recyclable C−H iodination has been designed for the synthesis of isoflavonoids through the domino reactions of o-hydroxyphenyl enaminones and aryl boronic acids in the presence of catalytic KI and Pd catalyst. Instead of the conventional cross-coupling strategy employing pre-halogenated substrates, this method transforms raw C−H bond by means of a transient C−H halogenation to smoothly relay the subsequent C-arylation. Consequently, such a method avoids the pre-functionalization for C−halogen bond installation as well as the generation of stoichiometric halogen-containing waste following the cross-coupled product, disclosing an intriguing new coupling protocol to forge the C−C bond in the virgin area between classical C−X (X=halogen) bond cross coupling and the C−H activation.  相似文献

Two new gold‐catalyzed tandem cycloisomerization–halogenation reactions of chiral homopropargyl sulfonamides have been developed. Various enantioenriched 3,3‐diiodopyrrolidin‐2‐ols and 3‐fluoropyrrolidin‐2‐ols were obtained in moderate‐to‐good yields with excellent enantio‐ and diastereoselectivity.  相似文献

The influence of diverse carboxylic acid on the preparation of chlorohydrin esters using a one‐pot esterification–chlorination reaction, in which one of the reagents (chlorotrimethylsilane) acts as solvent, is described. Whereas the acid with low pKa provided higher amounts of the 2‐chloro regioisomer, the ones with higher pKa rendered the 1‐chloro regioisomer in 80% yield. These results are in accordance with the mechanism proposed in a previous article.  相似文献
