In this study, parenchyma cellulose, which was extracted from maize stalk pith as an abundant source of agricultural residues, was applied for preparing cellulose nanoparticles (CNPs) via an ultrasound-assisted etherification and a subsequent sonication process. The ultrasonic-assisted treatment greatly improved the modification of the pith cellulose with glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride, leading to a partial increase in the dissolubility of the as-obtained product and thus disintegration of sheet-like cellulose into nanoparticles. While the formation of CNPs by ultrasonication was largely dependent on the cellulose consistency in the cationic-modified system. Under the condition of 25% cellulose consistency, the longer sono-treated duration yielded a more stable and dispersible suspension of CNP due to its higher zeta potential. Degree of substitution and FT-IR analyses indicated that quaternary ammonium salts were grafted onto hydroxyl groups of cellulose chain. SEM and TEM images exhibited the CNP to have spherical morphology with an average dimeter from 15 to 55 nm. XRD investigation revealed that CNPs consisted mainly of a crystalline cellulose Ι structure, and they had a lower crystallinity than the starting cellulose. Moreover, thermogravimetric results illustrated the thermal resistance of the CNPs was lower than the pith cellulose. The optimal CNP with highly cationic charges, good stability and acceptable thermostability might be considered as one of the alternatively renewable reinforcement additives for nanocomposite production.  相似文献

A combination of pentafluorophenylboronic acid and oxalic acid catalyses the dehydrative substitution of benzylic alcohols with a second alcohol to form new C−O bonds. This method has been applied to the intermolecular substitution of benzylic alcohols to form symmetrical ethers, intramolecular cyclisations of diols to form aryl-substituted tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydropyran derivatives, and intermolecular crossed-etherification reactions between two different alcohols. Mechanistic control experiments have identified a potential catalytic intermediate formed between the aryl boronic acid and oxalic acid.  相似文献

合成表征了红霉素A9-(1-异丙氧基环已基)肟的E和Z异构体,并在丙酮-水混 合溶液中培养出了前者的单晶,X射线衍射表明,其结构为正交晶系,P2_12_12_1 空间群,晶胞参数:a=2.3101(5) nm, b=2.3761(5) nm, c=0.97066(19)nm, V=5. 3279(8) nm~3,Z=4,μ=0.088 mm~(-1),F(000)=2064, D_c=1.176 g/cm~3。E-红 霉素A 9-(1-异丙氧基环已基)肟的晶体结构图明显表明1-异丙氧基环已基保护基 确实使十四元大环的构象发生了扭曲,使6-OH的周围空间不再拥挤,从而导致6- OH甲基化的选择性提高。  相似文献

The immobilization of copper in organic-inorganic hybrid materials catalyzing the Ullmann reaction has been described. Phenols reacted with aryl iodides, aryl bromides and aryl chlorides smoothly in the presence of a 3-(2-aminoethylamino)propyl functionalized silica gel immobilized copper catalyst. The protocol involved the use of DMSO as the solvent, and potassium fluoride as the base. The reactions generated the corresponding cross-coupling products in good to excellent yields. Furthermore, the silica-supported copper could be recovered and recycled by a simple filtration of the reaction solution and used for 10 consecutive trials without loss of its reactivity.  相似文献

4-Fluorobenzophenone reacted with potassium carbonate in the presence of silica catalyst in diphenyl sulfone solvent to yield 4,4′-dibenzoyldiphenyl ether. This new etherification reaction was extended to three difluoro aromatic ketones. 4,4′-Bis(4-fluorobenzoyl)diphenyl ether ( I ) reacted with potassium carbonate to yield a crystalline poly(oxy-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene) (PEK) and 4,4′-bis{4-[4-(4-fluorobenzoyl)phenoxy]benzoyl}benzene ( II ) gave a crystalline poly(oxy-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene-oxy-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene-oxy-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene)(PEKEKEKK). 2,8-Bis(4-fluorobenzoyl)dibenzofuran ( III ) or 2,8-bis(4-chlorobenzoyl)dibenzofuran ( IV ) reacted with potassium carbonate to yield a poly(oxy-1,4-phenylene-carbonyl-2,8-dibenzofuran-carbonyl-1,4-phenylene) (PEKBK). The PEKBK was a noval amorphous polymer with the glass transition temperature of 222°C and it showed excellent thermal stability [T. Tanabe and I. Fukawa, Jpn. Pat., Kokai 64–74223 (1989)]. Several amorphous dibenzofuran type polyetherketone copolymers were prepared by coplycondensation of III with 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone ( V ) or 1,4-bis(4-fluorobenzoyl)benzene ( VI ) [T. Catalytic properties of ZSM-5 zeolite samples pretreated with NaOH solution have been investigated. The samples are characterized by XRD, SEM, chemical analysis, and N2 adsorption.The results indicate that mesopores are created in ZSM-5 crystals under alkali treatment without change the microporous structure and acidic strength of the zeolite, but the crystallinity is greatly decreased under severe treatment. IR indicates that the concentration of silanol is greatly enriched by alkali treatment. The etherification activities of ZSM-5 zeolites are greatly increased byalkali-treatment. The noticeably improved catalytic activity of treated samples is ascribed to the formation of mesopores and greatly enriched silanol group.  相似文献

以硅胶为载体,制备了负载型的Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40催化剂,将该催化剂用于乙酸与1-丁烯的酯化反应和叔戊烯与甲醇的醚化反应,考察了其活性组分负载量、载体硅胶性质和焙烧温度对催化剂性能的影响. 研究了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应压力、n(1-丁烯)/n(乙酸)、反应时间等反应条件对酯化反应中乙酸转化率的影响. 与其他类型催化剂的醚化活性进行了对比,并进行了Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40/SiO2催化剂的醚化稳定性实验. 结果表明,以低钠硅胶为载体,在活性组分负载量为40%,焙烧温度为300~400 ℃时制备的Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40/SiO2催化剂具有较高的催化活性. 随着负载量增大,催化剂孔径、孔容和比表面积减小,而催化活性先增加后减小. 在反应温度120 ℃、压力1.5 Mpa、n(1-丁烯)/n(乙酸)比3.0、催化剂用量4%、反应时间7 h的条件下进行酯化反应,乙酸的转化率为87.36%. 在反应温度80 ℃、压力1.0 Mpa、n(甲醇)/n(叔戊烯)比1.1、LHSV为1 h-1的条件下进行醚化反应,叔戊烯的转化率为68.57%. 制备的新型Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40/SiO2催化剂对于乙酸与1-丁烯的直接酯化反应和叔戊烯与甲醇的醚化反应具有良好的活性与选择性,催化剂寿命长. 因此,Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40/SiO2是一种理想的乙酸与烯烃直接酯化和叔戊烯与甲醇醚化反应的催化剂.  相似文献

The first copper-catalyzed asymmetric cyanation and etherification reactions of enamides have been established, where a carbon-centered radical adjacent to a nitrogen atom (CRAN) is enantioselectively trapped by a chiral copper(II) species. Moreover, the asymmetric cyanation of vinyl esters was disclosed as well. These reactions feature very mild reaction conditions and high functional group tolerance, and give a series of chiral α-cyano amides, α-cyano esters and α-hemiaminals in good yields with excellent enantioselectivity. The chiral α-cyano amides can be easily converted into enantioenriched 1,2-diamines and amino acids.  相似文献
