针对从含噪原始信号中提取位置以及速度信息,经典跟踪微分器存在不能很好兼顾相位滞后和噪声放大问题、参数多,调试复杂等不足.在跟踪微分器等效线性分析基础上,提出复合形式跟踪微分器,用于电容式位移传感器位置信号跟踪以及速度信号估计,通过MATLAB\SIMULINK仿真以及实验平台测试,结果表明:在跟踪频率1 Hz、幅值1含噪声正弦信号中,复合跟踪微分器能光滑逼近原始位置信号,且能有效进行速度估计,相较于经典跟踪微分器,复合跟踪微分器跟踪相位滞后小0.03 rad,能更好兼顾跟踪信号相位滞后及速度信号噪声放大. 相似文献

Herein, we successfully construct the 3D biocompatible graphene through crosslinking 2D graphene nanosheet onto carbon fiber paper with poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) as anode of the alcohol biofuel cell. Compared with the bioanode without 3D graphene, the current density and output power of PDDA-graphene-ADH bioanode is increased by 23 % and 41 % at a high concentration of ethanol at pH 8.9, suggesting the stabilization role of graphene in enzyme loading. The study provides us a deep analysis on structures and performances of the bioanode incl. electrochemistry, X-ray photoelectron spectra, and atomic force microscopy images, which is significant to develop the new methods to construct 3D porous electrodes in energy conversion device. 相似文献

Dopamine is an important neurotransmitter,and nonenzyme electrochemical sensor of dopamine detection based on highly active material is urgently demanded.In this work,an electrochemical sensor with high sensitivity and selectivity based on self-rolled TiO_2microscroll/graphene composite was developed and validated for dopamine sensing.The device exhibited a superior performance for dopamine detection with a detection limit of 4.25×10~(-9)mol L~(-1),and in the dopamine concentration range of 0.06–90μmol L~(-1),the oxidation currents increased linearly with the concentration.The remarkable performance enhancement was mainly ascribed to the increased surface area due to the porous surface of the TiO_2nanomembrane and highly conductive graphene therein.In addition,we have demonstrated that the sensor could be effectively used on detecting dopamine concentrations in urine samples.Our work demonstrates that the current microscroll-based device is promising in the field of real-time health monitoring for future human community. 相似文献

The reaction mechanism for the hydrolysis of trimethyl phosphate and of the obtained phosphodiester by the di‐CoII derivative of organophosphate degrading enzyme from Agrobacterium radiobacter P230(OpdA), have been investigated at density functional level of theory in the framework of the cluster model approach. Both mechanisms proceed by a multistep sequence and each catalytic cycle begins with the nucleophilic attack by a metal‐bound hydroxide on the phosphorus atom of the substrate, leading to the cleavage of the phosphate‐ester bond. Four exchange‐correlation functionals were used to derive the potential energy profiles in protein environments. Although the enzyme is confirmed to work better as triesterase, as revealed by the barrier heights in the rate‐limiting steps of the catalytic processes, its promiscuous ability to hydrolyze also the product of the reaction has been confirmed. The important role played by water molecules and some residues in the outer coordination sphere has been elucidated, while the binuclear CoII center accomplishes both structural and catalytic functions. To correctly describe the electronic configuration of the d shell of the metal ions, high‐ and low‐spin arrangement jointly with the occurrence of antiferromagnetic coupling, have been herein considered. 相似文献

A photoluminescent bimetallic cluster [Ag10Cu6(bdppthi)2(C≡CPh)12(MeOH)2(H2O)](ClO4)4 ( 1 , bdppthi=N,N’-bis(diphenylphosphanylmethyl)-tetrahydroimidazole} was synthesized from the PNNP type ligand bdppthi generated in-situ. Upon excitation at 365 nm, 1 exhibited strong phosphorescent emission at 630 nm, which was selectively quenched by NH3 in air or water. The sensing of NH3 was rapid and recoverable, with detection limits of 53 ppm (v/v) in N2 and 21 μmol/L (0.36 ppm, w/w) for NH3 ⋅ H2O in water. Cluster 1 could potentially serve as a bifunctional chemical sensor for the efficient detection of ammonia in waste-gas and waste-water. 相似文献

A self-propelled object coupled with an enzyme reaction between urease and urea was investigated at the air/aqueous interface. A plastic object that was fixed to a urease-immobilized filter paper was used as a self-propelled object, termed a urease motor, placed on an aqueous urea solution. The driving force of the urease motor is the difference in the surface tension around the object. Oscillatory motion or no motion was triggered depending on the initial pH of the urea solution. Both the frequency and maximum speed of the oscillatory motion varied depending on the initial pH of the water phase. The mechanisms underlying the oscillatory motion and no motion were discussed in relation to the bell-shaped enzyme activity of urease in the enzyme reaction and the surface tension around the urease motor. 相似文献

Copper oxide decorated multi‐walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was prepared for determination of isoniazid (INZ) in various matrices. The electrochemical behavior of INZ was tested with the aid of Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and quantitative experiments were performed by using Linear Sweep Voltammetry (LSV). Morphological and structural characterization of the modified electrode was performed by utilizing Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X‐Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) while electrochemical characterization was performed by using CV and Electrochemical Impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The proposed sensor exhibited well defined anodic peak at 0.30 V for INZ at pH 6.0 medium. Under the optimum conditions, a linear relation between INZ concentration and peak current was observed in the range of 2.0×10?7 to 5.0×10?5 M. Limit of detection was calculated as 1.0×10?8 M and repeatability and accuracy was found as 5.60 % and 91.0 % for 5.0 10?7 M INZ by using 3 successive measurement, respectively. Then, the analytic performance of the electrode developed was tested by analyzing commercial tablets, artificial human serum and urine samples. Polymer brushes grafted to the surface of silica nanoparticles were fabricated by atom‐transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and investigated as catalysts in the cleavage of phosphodiesters. The surfaces of silica nanoparticles were functionalized with an ATRP initiator. Surface‐initiated ATRP reactions, in varying proportions, of a methacrylate moiety functionalized with a phenylguanidine moiety and an inert hydrophilic methacrylate species afforded hybrid nanoparticles that were characterized with potentiometric titrations, thermogravimetric analysis, and SEM. The activity of the hybrid nanoparticles was tested in the transesterification of the RNA model compound 2‐hydroxypropyl para‐nitrophenylphosphate (HPNP) and diribonucleoside monophosphates. A high catalytic efficiency and a remarkable effective molarity, thus overcoming the effective molarities previously observed for comparable systems, indicate the existence of an effective cooperation of the guanidine/guanidinium units and a high level of preorganization in the nanostructure. The investigated system also exhibits a marked and unprecedented selectivity for the diribonucleoside sequence CpA. The results presented open up the way for a novel and straightforward strategy for the preparation of supramolecular catalysts. 相似文献
