The chemical fixation of CO2 with mono-substituted terminal epoxides or cyclohexene oxide to form cyclic carbonates under the ZnCl2/[BMIm]Br catalyst system without using additional organic solvents was achieved in excellent selectivity (>98%) and TOF (5410 h−1) and the catalyst could be used six times almost without losing its catalytic activity and selectivity. Besides, the pure cis-cyclic carbonate of cyclohexene oxide was obtained in this catalyst system.  相似文献

A New Reaction-controlled Phase-transfer Catalyst System   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A new reaction-controlled phase-transfer catalyst system was designed and synthesized.In this system, heteropolytungstate [C7H7N(CH3)3]9PW9O34 was used for catalytic epoxidation of cyclohexene with H2O2 as the oxidant. The conversion of H2O2 was 100% and the yield of cyclohexene oxide was 87.1% based on cyclohexene. Infrared spectra showed that both fresh catalyst and the recovered catalyst do have completely same absorption peak, indicating the structure of catalyst is very stability and can be recycled.  相似文献

The polymer bound Schiff‐base ligand (PS‐SalGlu) has been prepared from polystyrene bound salicylaldehyde and glutamic acid, and its complex (PS‐SalGlu‐Co) has also been synthesized. The polymer ligand and its complex were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, small area X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectro (ICP‐AFS). In the presence of the complex, cyclohexene can be effectively oxidized by molecular oxygen without reductant. The long‐chain linear aliphatic olefins, such as 1‐octene, 1‐decene, 1‐dodecene and 1‐tetradecene, can be directly oxidized by molecular oxygen catalyzed by PS‐SalGlu‐Co, which affords the 1,2‐epoxy alkane. Novel [CrIII(amp)(bipy)(Cl)] (1) (H2amp = N-(hydroxyphenyl)salicyldimine; bipy = 2,2-bipyridyl) and [CrIII(app)(bipy)(Cl)]+ (2) (H2app = N-(hydroxyphenyl)pyridine-2-carboxaldimine; bipy = 2,2-bipyridyl) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by physico-chemical methods. Complexes 1 and 2 have been employed as catalysts in the oxidation of both saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons using tert-butylhydroperoxide (t-BuOOH). The significance of the results with respect to oxo-functionalization of C-H bonds both in unsaturated and saturated hydrocarbons is noted.  相似文献

The effect of H2S on the activity and selectivity of catalysts (Ru/Al2O3, Pd/Al2O3 and Ru and Pd promoted molydena-alumina) was different (on differnt catalysts and different conversions of cyclohexene). Ru-containing catalysts showed higher sulfur sensitivities than the Pd-containing ones. The sequence of catalysts by their H2S uptake related to mass of catalyst was PdMo/Al2O3RuMo/Al2O3Mo/Al2O3>Pd/Al2O3Ru/Al2O3.  相似文献

The Prigogine-Flory-Patterson theory of liquid mixtures has been qpplied to the H m E and V m E for binary mixtures of a bicyclic compound, benzene, cyclohexane and n-hexane with a cycloalkane, cyclohexene, a cycloalkadiene and benzene. Furthermore the Prigogine-Flory theory has been used to predict activity coefficients at infinite dilution from the experimentally determined H m E at 25°C for the mixtures cyclohexane, cyclohexene, 1,3-cyclohexadiene, 1,4-cyclohexadiene and benzene with a bicyclic compound. 合成了12种PAMAMSA(1~6G) M(PAMAM为聚酰胺 胺,SA为水杨醛,G为代数,M分别为Fe3 ,Co2 离子)树枝状高分子催化剂.在101 325kPa、70℃和无溶剂条件下,这些催化剂对环己烯分子氧氧化反应的催化效果良好.反应以7 氧杂二环[4,1,0]己烷(1),2 环己基 1 醇(2),2 环己基 1 酮(3)和7 氧杂二环[4,1,0]己烷 2 酮(4)为主要产物.其中产物7 氧杂二环[4,1,0]己烷 2 酮(4)为此类氧化反应中首次报道的新产物.  相似文献

New 3,3‐diphenylpropoxyphthalonitrile (5) was obtained from 3,3‐diphenylpropanol (3) and 4‐nitrophthalonitrile (4) with K2CO3 in DMF at 50 °C. The novel cobalt(II) phthalocyanine complexes, tetrakis‐[2‐(1,4‐dioxa‐8‐azaspiro[4.5]dec‐8‐yl)ethoxy] phthalocyaninato cobalt(II) (2) and tetrakis‐(3,3‐diphenylpropoxy)phthalocyaninato cobalt(II) (6) were prepared by the reaction of the phthalonitrile derivatives 1 and 5 with CoCl2 by microwave irradiation in 2‐(dimethylamino)ethanol for at 175 °C, 350 W for 7 and 10 min, respectively. These new cobalt(II)phthalocyanine complexes were characterized by spectroscopic methods (IR, UV–visible and mass spectroscopy) as well as elemental analysis. Complexes 2 and 6 are employed as catalyst for the oxidation of cyclohexene using tert‐butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP), m‐chloroperoxybenzoic acid (m‐CPBA), aerobic oxygen and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as oxidant. It is observed that both complexes can selectively oxidize cyclohexene to give 2‐cyclohexene‐1‐ol as major product, and 2‐cyclohexen‐1‐one and cyclohexene oxide as minor products. TBHP was found to be the best oxidant since minimal destruction of the catalyst, higher selectivity and conversion were observed in the products. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Abstract

An advanced process for manufacturing polyacetal resin has been developed. First, a new technology for the production of highly concentrated aqueous formaldehyde was developed by oxidizing methylal. Whereas the oxidation of methanol yields 1 mol water per mole formaldehyde, methylal oxidation produces only 1 mol water for every 3 mol formaldehyde. Thus, the output from methylal oxidation is more than 70% formaldehyde, compared with 55% from methanol oxidation. Second, a new extraction distillation process for formaldehyde purification was developed in order to get highly purified formaldehyde directly from formalin. By using highly purified formaldehyde, an end-capped polymer was obtained in the presence of acetic anhydride as a chain transfer or end-capping agent during polymerization. Third, the relatively high formaldehyde concentration enhances the formation of trioxane. Purified trioxane is copolymerized with ethylene oxide in the presence of an end-capping agent to get an end-capped polymer with high thermal stability. Two new intermediates from the initiation reaction of the copolymerization, 1,3,5,7-tetraoxacyclononane (TOCN) and 1,3,5,7,10-pentaoxacyclododecane (POCD), were isolated, and a new initiation mechanism was proposed. Fourth, the world's first acetal block copolymer was commercialized by the polymerization of formaldehyde in the presence of a lubricant functional polymer having an active hydrogen atom. This acetal block copolymer exhibits super lubrication properties.  相似文献
