压敏显色微胶囊的合成及性能研究

本文应用原位聚合方法,并以部分醚化的六羟甲基三聚氰胺(简称PEHMM)作为缩聚反应的单体,在含有聚电解质的水溶液中合成压敏显色微胶囊。文中对压敏显色微胶囊的气密性,包容量,胶囊粒径分布及其平均粒径等性能的影响因素作了探讨,指出PEHMM的用量和加入方式是影响胶囊气密性和包容量的主要因素,而均化时间和速度决定着胶囊的平均粒径及粒径分布。

PALB2 as a potential prognostic biomarker for colorectal cancer

Partner and localizer of BRCA2 (PALB2) is regarded as a colorectal cancer (CRC) risk gene, but the prognostic implication of PALB2 in CRC remains unclear. In this study, we evaluate the prognostic value of the gene copy number alteration (CNA) and mRNA expression of PALB2 in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, and then validated with our database. We downloaded the copy number and mRNA data of PALB2 from TCGA database and examined the relationship among the genetic alterations, expression levels and survival outcomes. Gene ontology (GO) analysis was performed to study the function of PALB2. cBioPortal database was used to explore the potential co-expression genes of PALB2. There were 6.3% (37 of 582) CRC patients diagnosed as PALB2 gene deletion. The PALB2 deletion group expressed significantly lower of PALB2 mRNA than the non-deletion group (P < 0.001). Survival analysis showed that PALB2 deletion was significantly associated with shorter disease-free survival (DFS) (P = 0.026) and overall survival (OS) (P = 0.028). Low mRNA expression of PALB2 correlated with shorter OS (P < 0.001). Multivariate analysis also confirmed that PALB2 deletion and low mRNA expression of PALB2 were independent prognostic factors of poor OS in CRC (P = 0.019, 0.034, respectively). In validation cohort, negative expression of PALB2 was associated with shorter OS (P = 0.006) in stage I patients. Multivariate analysis confirmed that negative expression of PALB2 was a poor-prognostic factor (P = 0.002). GO analysis and co-expression analysis investigated that PALB2 is primarily involved in the DNA repair process. These results suggest that PALB2 gene copy number deletion and low mRNA expression could be novel prognostic biomarkers for CRC.     

基于篇章结构相似度的复制检测算法

学术论文的复制检测研究对于知识产权保护和抑制抄袭侵权等行为有重要意义.国内外主要用数字指纹及关键词匹配等技术进行论文的复制检测.为解决目前中文复制检测难题,给出了一种基于篇章结构相似度的中文学术论文复制检测算法及其问题的数学模型.在分析论文篇章结构的基础上,利用数字指纹和词频统计等技术,经编程实现,用于论文的全抄、部分抄袭和拼抄等抄袭现象的初步检测.与基于全文数字指纹和基于全文词频统计的检测方法相比较,更适用于要求较准确的论文复制检测.     

异丁烯阳离子聚合引发体系CH_3COO-t-Bu/BCl_3/CH_2Cl_2的研究

采用傅立叶红外光谱和紫外光谱的技术,研究了在极性溶剂CH_2Cl_2中异丁烯阳离子聚合的引发体系乙酸叔丁酯/三氧化硼/二氧甲烷中,各组分间的作用及组分配比对活性中心结构的影响,发现Lewis酸与酯的比值不同,体系中存在络合竞争,以至存在一种或两种(或以上)活性中心;当Lewis酸与酯之比很小时,活性中心失活,并由此探讨其聚合机理。     

A New Primary Lazy Update Propagation Protocol for Replicated Databases

This paper proposes a new primary lazy update protocol, PTCS （Primary Transaction Commit Schedule）. In the PTCS protocol, a serializable primary transaction schedule is generated firstly and then the secondary transactions are committed according to the serializable primary transaction schedule. PTCS protocol can guarantee serializability if the data copy graph contains no directed circles. It can also be ex tended to eliminate all requirements on the data copy graph. Compared to earlier works, PTCS protocol not only imposes a much weaker requirement on the data placement, but also avoids the deadlock caused by transaction waits and extra message overhead. The performance experiments show that the degradation of the performance caused by the replica man- agement of the PTCS protocol is tolerable.     

Computable Homogeneous Boolean Algebras and a Metatheorem

We consider computable homogeneous Boolean algebras. Previously, countable homogeneous Boolean algebras have been described up to isomorphism and a simple criterion has been found for the existence of a strongly constructive (decidable) isomorphic copy for such. We propose a natural criterion for the existence of a constructive (computable) isomorphic copy. For this, a new hierarchy of -computable functions and sets is introduced, which is more delicate than Feiner's. Also, a metatheorem is proved connecting computable Boolean algebras and their hyperarithmetical quotient algebras.     

Isometric copies of and in Orlicz spaces equipped with the Orlicz norm

Criteria in order that an Orlicz space equipped with the Orlicz norm contains a linearly isometric copy (or an order linearly isometric copy) of (or ) are given.

     

古本《尚书》研究的重大进展——读《古本（尚书）文字研究》

《古本〈尚书〉文字研究》的重要创获之一就是从文字学的角度对古本《尚书》文字现象进行专题研究,这在国内外尚属首创;其次,对《尚书》古写本的研究推进了一大步;再次,启发我们重新思考古书流传和孔传本古文《尚书》真伪问题;最后,将语言文字学研究和文献研究相结合,也是该书的亮点。目前,清华简中的《尚书》材料引起了学术界的广泛关注,此书之出,可谓正当其时,值得学界关注。
