A Barbier‐type regioselective propargylation of aldehydes and ketones with (3‐bromobut‐1‐ynyl)trimethylsilane has been achieved using reactive barium as a low‐valent metal in THF. Especially in the case of ketones, the corresponding homopropargylic alcohols form almost exclusively. In the reaction of α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds, only 1,2‐adducts have been observed. This method is also applicable to propargylation of imines, and the corresponding homopropargylic amines are obtained regiospecifically in good yields with diastereomeric ratios of up to 87:13.  相似文献

The effects of barium on electrical and dielectric properties of the SnO_2·Co_2O_3·Ta_2O_5 varistor system sintered at 1250℃ for 60min were investigated. It is found that barium significantly improves the nonlinear properties. The breakdown electrical field increases from 378.0 to 2834.5V/mm, relative dielectric constant (at 1kHz) falls from 1206 to 161 and the resistivity (at 1kHz) rises from 60.3 to 1146.5kΩ·cm with an increase of BaCO_3 concentration from 0mol% to 1.00mol%. The sample with 1.00mol% barium has the best nonlinear electrical property and the highest nonlinear coefficient (α=29.2). A modified defect barrier model is introduced to illustrate the grain-boundary barrier formation of barium-doped SnO_{2}-based varistors.  相似文献

A novel process termed low-temperature combustion-synthesis (LCS) of Ba(NO3)-TiO-C6H8O7H2O system was investigated at the initial temperature of 600℃ and ultrafine BaTiO3 powders with a particle size of 200€?350nm were prepared. It was found that the molar ratio of NO/citric acid and the homogeneity of combustion have remarkable effect on the characteristics of the powder. The reaction mechanism of LCS BaTiO3 powders was proposed on the basis of thermodynamic analysis.  相似文献

A rodlike barium ferrite precursor with an average size of 0.72~19.6 μm and aspect ratio of 2.6~8.3 has been successfully prepared in an inverse microemulsion consisting of isooctane, cetanyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), n-C4H9OH and water with ammonia and ammonium oxalate as precipitants. On sintering at 780(C, the rodlike precursor particles could be transformed into rodlike particles of barium ferrite(BaFe12O19) with the average size and aspect ratio of 0.69~18.2 μm and 2.3~5.8, respectively. The effect of volume ratio of aqueous phase to oleic phase, the starting concentrations of metal ions and the starting concentration ratios of metal ions to precipitants were investigated.  相似文献

Investigations on the thermal decomposition of FeSO4·H2O-BaO2 mixtures were carried out under isothermal conditions by using simultaneously solid electrolyte cell (EMF-method). Evoked interactions producing oxygen in the temperature range 553-673 K were established by means of a solid electrolyte oxygen analyzer. Based on Mössbauer spectroscopy data and X-ray analysis it was proved that these reactions were associated with the release of oxygen from barium peroxide, oxidation of ferrosulphate-monohydrate to FeOHSO4, and formation of barium ferrites such as BaFe2O4 and BaFe12O19.  相似文献

Superfine Ni/BaTiO3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and used successfully for CO2 reforming CH4 to syngas. The effects of preparation method and the temperatures of calcination, reduction and reaction on the catalytic activity of the Ni/BaTiO3 system were investigated. Investigations of phase transitions in barium cerate are carried out by methods of dilatometry and differential scanning calorimetry. Thermal desorption of gases and temperature dependences of electroconduction in dry and humid air are studied. Barium cerate exhibits complex polymorphism, undergoing a number of structural conversions at 300– 1300 K. The peaks in the spectra of thermal desorption of CO2 and H2O correlate with variations in the crystal lattice. In the structure Ba12F19Cl5 [hexagonal space group P6 2m] the two chlorides on the sites Cl(1) and Cl(2) can partially be replaced by bromide ions. Single crystals of the type Ba12F19ClδBr5–δ with a chloride to bromide ratio up to 2 : 3 could be obtained by cooling a flux of 75 mol% BaF2 and 25 mol% BaX2 with X = Cl, Br. The crystal quality decreases with increasing bromide concentration. Structural parameters of five selected single crystals with different chloride/bromide ratio were studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The refined total Cl?/Br? population ratio in the crystals is close to the one of the flux. The lattice parameters and interatomic distances change in various ways, when the smaller chloride ion is replaced by the bigger bromide ion. The refinements show a statistical disorder on the halide sites with preferential bromide substitution on site Cl(1).  相似文献

A new chemical solution deposition (CSD) route for the fabrication of Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 (BST) thin films has been developed which completely prevents the formation of an intermediate oxo-carbonate phase. The latter has been reported previously by several authors to be responsible for increased crystallization temperatures. Barium and strontium diaminoethoxides were synthesized starting from pure barium and strontium metal and aminoethanol. These alkoxides were found to be readily soluble in a wide range of solvents and thus were excellent candidates for the CSD process. To prepare a stable precursor solution the aminoalkoxides were dissolved in 2-butoxyethanol and then used for the deposition of BST thin films. We conclude that the minimum crystallization temperature of 600C to be independent of the formation of the oxo-carbonate phase. DTA-TGA were performed on the precursors and their solutions to study their decomposition behaviour. All films annealed at different temperatures were physically characterized by XRD, IR, and SEM. The films prepared by this route at 650C were found to have high dielectric constant and the leakage currents were comparable to BST films prepared by normal carboxylate based routes at 750C.  相似文献
