The spectrophotometric study of luminol (LH2) in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), DMSO-water solutions, and alkaline DMSO and DMSO-water solutions has been done, focusing on the effect of the KOH additon on LH2 absorption and fluorescence properties. The absorption spectra indicate an acid-base equilibrium, and the luminol dianion (L2–) formation at 3 × 10–4 – 2.4 × 10–3
M KOH. The decrease of the fluorescence intensity and the variation of the excitation spectra of LH2-DMSO-KOH solutions with KOH concentration have been similarly explained. The acid-base process is reversible. The addition of HCl to the solution with 3.0 × 10–3 M KOH leads to an increase of the fluorescence intensity to its highest value, observed in pure DMSO. The addition of HCl to the LH2-DMSO solution leads to the decrease of the fluorescence intensity as a result of the LH+
3 cation formation. In LH2-DMSO-water, the fluorescence band is shifted from 405 nm to 424 nm and increased in the intensity. In the presence of KOH (in LH2-DMSO-water-KOH solution) a new band appears, with the maximum at 485 nm and the band at 405 nm decreased. The changes in fluorescence lifetimes also evidence the different chemical species formed. 相似文献

采用化学修饰法研究僧帽牡蛎碱性磷酸酶活性功能基团性质.酶经0.4mmol·L-1PCMB修饰30min后活力仍然保持不变,提示巯基与酶的活力无关;用二巯基苏糖醇(DTT)对酶进行修饰,当DTT浓度达到2.5mmol·L-1时,酶活力丧失98%,表明硫 硫键与酶活力有密切的关系;以N 溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS)修饰酶的色氨酸残基,酶的修饰失活呈一级反应,当NBS浓度达到0.65mmol·L-1时,酶活力丧失100%,并辅以紫外吸收光谱的变化分析,表明色氨酸残基是酶催化活力所必需的;醋酸酐、马来酸酐、甲醛等氨基试剂对酶的修饰作用显示氨基是酶的必需基团. 相似文献

Bimetallic Cu/Mg, Ca, Ba mixed oxide compounds acted as catalyst in the dehydrogenation of tetradecanol into tetradecanal,
and were characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis, surface area, X-ray diffraction, temperature-programmed reduction
and desorption of CO2. Alkaline earth oxides increased the total basic site concentration in the order of Mg>Ca>Ba. A correlation was found between
the total basic site concentration and initial dehydrogenation rate.

Dynamic Interfacial Tension Behavior of Water/Oil Systems Containing In situ-Formed Surfactants 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Time-dependent interfacial tension (IFT) has been investigated for an interfacially reactive immiscible system composed of model-acidified oil and alkaline water. The acidified oil was composed of either lauric acid or linoleic acid dissolved in n-dodecane. Drop volume tensiometry was employed to measure the interfacial tension between the two phases. In the case of lauric acid, the IFT value was found to decrease sharply with increasing alkali concentration, even at low drop formation times. In the case of linoleic acid, the IFT decrease with the drop formation time was more gradual, especially at low alkali concentration. The rate of formation of the interfacial area was also found to be dependent on alkali concentration. 相似文献

Compounds [Sr(dpp-bian)(thf)4] (2), [Ba(dpp-bian)(dme)2.5] (3) and [Mg(dtb-bian)(thf)2] (4) (dpp-bian = 1,2-bis[(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imino]acenaphthene; dtb-bian = 1,2-bis[(2,5-di-tert-butylphenyl)imino]acenaphthene) were prepared by reduction of dpp-bian and dtb-bian with an excess of metallic Mg, Sr, or Ba in THF or DME. Reactions of [Mg(dpp-bian)(thf)3], 3, and 4 with diphenylacetonitrile gave keteniminates [Mg(dpp-bianH)(NCCPh2)(thf)2] (5), [Mg(dtb-bianH)(NCCPh2)(thf)2] (6), and [Ba(dpp-bianH)(NCCPh2)(dme)2] (7), respectively. The reaction of 2 with CH3C[triple chemical bond]N in THF gave [{Sr(dpp-bianH)[N(H)C(CH3)C(H)CN](thf)}2] (8). The compounds 2, 3, 5-8 were characterized by elemental analysis, and IR and NMR spectroscopy. Molecular structures of 2, 3, 7, and 8 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In contrast to reactions of alkali-metal reagents, magnesium amides, or yttriumalkyls with alpha-H acidic nitriles, which are accompanied by an amine or an alkane elimination, the reactions of [Mg(dpp-bian)(thf)3] (1), 2, 3, and 4 with such nitriles proceeded with formation of Mg, Sr, and Ba keteniminates and simultaneous protonation of one nitrogen atom of the bian ligand. The NMR spectroscopic data obtained for complex 5 indicated that in solution the amino hydrogen atom underwent the fast (on the NMR timescale) shuttle transfer between both nitrogen atoms of the dpp-bianH ligand. 相似文献

The unexpected effects of Ca(2+) on the free-radical chain reactions of dopamine, norepinephrine, isoproterenol, and pyrocatechol oxidation are studied using oxygen consumption measurements, EPR-spectroscopy, UV/VIS spectrophotometry, and by potentiometric titration. It is found that the formation of Ca(2+)-catecholate complexes is accompanied by an increase in the dissociation constants (K(ai) ) of their phenolic hydroxyls. At pH>pK(ai) and in the presence of alkaline-earth metal cations, the rate of catecholate oxidation increases (Ca(2+), Mg(2+)> Sr(2+), Ba(2+)), whereas on addition of Zn ions the rate decreases. The effects of Group II metal cations on catecholate autoxidation are concomitant with a transient increase of the EPR signal for metal-semiquinonate complexes. Therefore, the effects of Ca(2+) and other alkaline-earth metal cations on catecholate autoxidation can be defined as 1) additional deprotonation of catechol OH-groups involved in the formation of M(2+)-catecholate complexes, the latter exceeding catechols in the susceptibility to dioxygen-induced oxidation and 2) formation of relatively stable free-radical intermediates responsible for chain propagation. 相似文献
