Windows CE.Net嵌入式操作系统本地化研究及实现

本文对嵌入式Windows CE.Net操作系统的主要体系结构进行剖析.研究设计出了维吾尔文本地化环境,利用资源编译器编译和反编译功能,构建了基于Windows CE.Net平台的维吾尔文图形用户界面资源库,实现Windows CE.Net的界面维文化和基于Windows CE.Net的应用程序的维文支持;开发了输入法程序,实现Windows CE.Net的维吾尔文字键盘输入和软键盘输入;通过编制维吾尔文字库,为Windows CE.Net平台下维吾尔文字的显示、打印提供了基础.     

Estimating Sampling Errors in REA Survey: A Model Approach for the Synthetic Presentation of Results for Main Variables Involved in Economic Analysis

A new sample business survey for agriculture, the REA survey, and a project of integration with the FADN network (RICA in Italy) have significantly changed the production of statistical information nowadays available with reference to the agricultural sector. On the basis of this relevant information, new economic analyses are being developed on farms’ performance, agricultural households’ income and the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). In this paper the authors estimate the relationship between the levels of variables of interest and their sampling errors using models in order to improve the accessibility of the information on estimates accuracy to the final users (agricultural analysts, policy makers). The paper is the result of a joint research of the three authors. Sections 1–3 and 6 by Pizzoli, Sects. 4 and 5 by Rondinelli, Sect. 7 by Filiberti, conclusions joint to the three authors.     

A Variable Neighborhood Search for the Multi Depot Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows

The aim of this paper is to propose an algorithm based on the philosophy of the Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS) to solve Multi Depot Vehicle Routing Problems with Time Windows. The paper has two main contributions. First, from a technical point of view, it presents the first application of a VNS for this problem and several design issues of VNS algorithms are discussed. Second, from a problem oriented point of view the computational results show that the approach is competitive with an existing Tabu Search algorithm with respect to both solution quality and computation times.

含R_2dtc配体Mo-Cu化合物的动态~(95)Mo NMR

本实验利用动态~(95)Mo NMR监测Mo-Cu系列化合物的形成过程,对反应CuCl+NaR_2dtc+MoO_nS,摩尔比3:3:1,溶剂为DMF;R=Et,n=0(Ⅰ);R=Me,n=0(Ⅱ);R=Et,n=2(Ⅲ)进行了研究,观察到具有不同簇骼的多种中间产物的存在及随反应进程相互转化等现象。

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Spectroscopic Properties of the Cluster Anions [(Mo₆Br )X ]^2? with X^a = F, Cl, Br, I The tetrabutylammonium (TBA), tetraphenylphosphonium (TPP) and tetraphenylarsonium (TPAs) salts of the octa-μ₃-bromo-hexahalogeno-octahedro-hexamolybdate(2?) anions [(Mo₆Br)X]^2? (X^a = F, Cl, Br, I) are synthesized from solutions of the free acids H₂[(Mo₆Br)X] · 8 H₂O with X^a = Cl, Br, I. The crystal structures show systematic stretchings in the Mo? Mo bond length and a slight compression of the Brⁱ₈ cube in the F^a to I^a series. The cations do not change much. The i.r. and Raman spectra show at 10 K almost constant frequencies of the (Mo₆Brⁱ₈) cluster vibrations, whereas all modes with X^a ligand contribution are characteristically shifted. The most important bands are assigned by polarization measurements and the force constants are derived from normal coordinate analysis. The ⁹⁵Mo nmr signals are shifted to lower field with increasing electronegativity of the X^a ligands. The fluorine compound shows a sharp ¹⁹F nmr singlet at ?184.5 ppm.

Win 2000下USB数据采集系统驱动程序开发

为了将通用串行总线(USB)应用于数据采集系统中，提出了利用Windows2000设备驱动开发包(DDK)开发USB驱动程序的方法。该方法将USB驱动程序分为即插即用(PnP)、电源管理、USB初始化和USB设备I／O等功能模块，在这几个模块中，只有USB初始化和USB设备I／O模块跟具体的USB设备有关。该方法具有结构清晰、易移植、复用性好等优点，在USB驱动程序设计中具有良好的应用价值。

主要针对Windows 2000操作系统本身以及作为网络操作系统所存在的安全隐患，讨论了其比较典型和重大的安全漏洞，并给出对这些漏洞的解决建议。为基于Windows 2000的服务器和工作站的网络安全建议提供了参考。
