皖西大别山区野生攀援观赏植物资源与应用研究

通过对皖西大别山区野生攀援观赏植物资源的调查研究,本区有野生攀援植物157种具有较高观赏价值。根据其攀援特性分为缠绕类75种、吸附类17种、卷须类27种、蔓生类38种。探讨了其在园林绿化中的应用形式,对本区野生攀援观赏植物进行了总体评价,并对其开发利用提出了建议。     

贵州省务川县银杏古森林残存群落考证初报

三十年代初，由美国出版的《中国植被》一书中明确记载：贵州省务川县龙洞沟、韩家沟一带有野生银杏及森林群落分布。经过１９８９、１９９０、１９９１和１９９７年的多次考查结果证实；龙色，韩家沟已无森林，但是，在该县的灌水，丰乐，都濡黄都及紧邻县区，确实发现以银杏为主的古森林残存群落多处，在这些零星和分散的残存群落中，银杏种群个体大都处于野生和半野生状态。

近红外光谱分析原理及其在牧草航天育种的应用前景

近红外光谱(NIRS)的定量分析技术是一项高效、快捷检测样品中某种化学成分的分析新方法,近年来在饲料营养价值评估、土壤养分检测等方面得到了广泛的应用。文章简要介绍了NIRS技术产生和探测的基本原理、方法和技术特点,回顾了航天育种的研究进展及其在草类植物上的应用情况,然后从牧草营养成分分析、次生代谢产物预测、病虫害抗性鉴定、非生物胁迫抗性评估4个方面阐述了NIRS分析技术应用于草类植物航天育种的意义和潜在价值。NIRS技术不仅能提高育种选择效率、加快育种进程,还有助于诱变机理研究的深入,将其应用于草类植物航天育种有着重要的理论和实际意义。     

3种菊花茶中6种微量元素的初级形态及溶出特性研究

按照传统的花茶饮用方法对杭白菊茶、野菊花茶、贡菊茶3种菊花茶中钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌6种元素进行浸取;用0.45μm微孔滤膜分离浸取液中的可溶态和悬浮态;采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对此3种菊花茶中微量元素的初级形态进行了测定。结果显示：菊花茶中6种元素的提取率在12.4%—80.4%之间,可溶态在水浸液中的比率在74.3%—96.5%之间。     

Novel electrochemical biosensor based on functional composite nanofibers for sensitive detection of p53 tumor suppressor gene

A novel electrochemical biosensor based on functional composite nanofibers for sensitive hybridization detection of p53 tumor suppressor using methylene blue (MB) as an electrochemical indicator is developed. The carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) doped nylon 6 (PA6) composite nanofibers (MWNTs–PA6) was prepared using electrospinning, which served as the nanosized backbone for pyrrole (Py) electropolymerization. The functional composite nanofibers (MWNTs–PA6–PPy) used as supporting scaffolds for ssDNA immobilization can dramatically increase the amount of DNA attachment and the hybridization sensitivity. The biosensor displayed good sensitivity and specificity. The target wild type p53 sequence (wtp53) can be detected as low as 50 fM and the discrimination is up to 57.5% between the wtp53 and the mutant type p53 sequence (mtp53). It holds promise for the early diagnosis of cancer development and monitoring of patient therapy.     

Fabrication and characterization of Grass pea (Lathyrus sativus) protein isolate-Alyssum homolocarpum seed gum complex coacervate

The present work was carried out to fabricate Grass pea (Lathyrus sativus) protein isolate (GPPI) and Alyssum homolocarpum seed gum (AHSG) complex coacervate and investigate its morphological and structural properties. Formation of complex coacervates were studied by zeta potentiometry and turbidimetric analysis as function of different pHs (7.0–2.0) and GPPI to AHSG ratios (3:1 to 1:3). The critical pH values associated with the formation of soluble (pH_c) and insoluble (pH_φ1) complexes, and complete dissociation (pH_φ2) at GPPI to AHSG ratio (1:1) were found to be 4.8, 4.0, and 2.5, respectively. Formation of insoluble complex coacervate was maximum at pH 3.2 and GPPI to AHSG ratio of 1:1, where the highest yield (69%) was observed. Scanning electron microscopic (SEM) demonstrated that GPPI-AHSG complex had a rough branched-like structure. Results also showed that the complexation between GPPI and AHSG were formed through the electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonding. Circular dichroism spectroscopy (CD) indicated that the β-sheet and random coil content in GPPI increased when AHSG molecules were added to protein solution. The fading of pure peaks of GPPI and AHSG in X-Ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of GPPI-AHSG complexes confirmed the alterations in the physical state of mixture from crystalline to amorphous. GPPI-AHSG complex coacervates had lower weight loss compared to individual GPPI and AHSG.

We compute the 2-rank of the wild kernel WK₂(F) of a number field by constructing a 2-class group ad hoc. The main result generalizes in the more intricate case the canonical isomorphism established for odd primes under the assumption in a previous article (cf. (Acta. Arith. 67 (1994) 335; Math. Z. 238 (2001) 335)). It involves a criterium of triviality for the 2-part of the wild kernel of Galois number fields and, in the particular case of quadratic fields, it leads to a logarithmic interpretation of the diophantine conditions obtained by other authors.
