目的 观察槭酮(槭叶草总黄酮)对垂体后叶素引起大鼠心电图S-T段变化的影响以及观察槭酮对血小板血栓形成的影响.方法 灌胃给药法.结果 中剂量和大剂量组具有一定对抗垂体后叶素引起的S-T段变化的作用,槭酮大剂量组具有较好的抗血小板血栓作用.结论 槭酮对大鼠缺血性心肌具有保护作用并可对抗血小板血栓的形成,具有一定抗血小板聚集作用.  相似文献

根据六味地黄丸组方特点,采用血液流变学的方法,研究表明六味地黄丸可降低全血粘度和血浆粘度,减少红细胞压积,缩短红细胞电电泳时间;能抑制血栓形成;可延长小鼠尾出血时间。结果表明六味地黄丸能改善血液的粘、凝、聚、稠状态,以改善全身的机能,对延缓机体衰老是有益的。  相似文献

The field of thrombosis and hemostasis is crucial for understanding and developing new therapies for pathologies such as deep vein thrombosis, diabetes related strokes, pulmonary embolisms, and hemorrhaging related diseases. In the last two decades, an exponential growth in studies related to fibrin clot formation using computational tools has been observed. Despite this growth, the complete mechanism behind thrombus formation and hemostasis has been long and rife with obstacles; however, significant progress has been made in the present century. The computational models and methods used in this context are diversified into different spatiotemporal scales, yet there is no single model which can predict both physiological and mechanical properties of fibrin clots. In this review, we list the major strategies employed by researchers in modeling fibrin clot formation using recent and existing computational techniques. This review organizes the computational strategies into continuum level, system level, discrete particle (DPD), and multi-scale methods. We also discuss strengths and weaknesses of various methods and future directions in which computational modeling of fibrin clots can advance.  相似文献

在健康家兔颈总动脉——预外静脉血流旁路中放一丝线,以便形成血栓,观察通脉宁心冲剂对丝线上所形成血栓重量的影响。实验结果表明,用本品灌胃,可使家兔实验性血栓重量明显减轻,血栓形成抑制率为37.57%,与对照组比较,差异显著,说明本品对家兔实验性血栓形成有抑制作用,与临床上用于防治血栓性疾病的疗效有一致性。本文还讨论了有关的作用机制。  相似文献

Advances in medical devices have revolutionized the treatment of human diseases, such as stents in occluded coronary artery, left ventricular assist devices in heart failure, pacemakers in arrhythmias, etc. Despite their significance, the development of devices for reducing and avoiding the thrombosis formation, obtaining excellent mechanical performance, and achieving stable electronic physiology remains challenging and unresolved. Fortunately, nature serves as a good resource of inspirations, and brings us endless bioinspired physicochemical ideas to better the development of novel artificial materials and devices that enable us to potentially overcome the unresolved obstacles. Bioinspired approaches, in particularly, owe much of their current development in biology, chemistry, materials science, medicine and engineering to the design and fabrication of advanced devices. The application of bioinspired devices is a burgeoning area in these fields of research. In this perspective, we would take the cardiovascular device as one example to show how these bioinspired approaches could be used to build novel, advanced biomedical devices with precisely controlled functions. Here, bioinspired approaches are utilized to solve issues like thrombogenic, mechanical and electronic physiology problems in medical devices. Moreover, there is an outlook for future challenges in the development of bioinspired medical devices.  相似文献

目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的关系。方法对56例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者测定血浆HCY、叶酸、维生素B12等指标,并与62例健康对照者相比较。结果下肢深静脉血栓组的血浆HCY水平和凝血指标明显高于对照组,而叶酸及维生素B12水平则低于对照组(均P<0.01)_而且下肢深静脉血栓形成组中高血浆HCY水平患者的比例较对照组有显著的提高(P<0.01)。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症可能是下肢深静脉血栓形成的致病因素之一,导致高同型半胱氨酸血症的原因可能是血浆内叶酸和维生素B12的降低。  相似文献

目的:探讨骨科病人如何预防、治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成.方法:取骨科病人下肢骨折及易发下肢深静脉血栓患者,临床上对其进行系统的预防、治疗.结果:骨科对易发下肢深静脉血栓病人经物理及药物治疗后疗效标准达优.结论:对骨科病人并发下肢深静脉血栓形成患者进行积极的预防,对发病率的控制及治疗疗效的提高,减少严重并发症发生有重要的临床意义.  相似文献

三年来收治发病后三天内的急性原发性左髂股静脉血栓形成3例。第1例术后给肝素抗凝治疗,同时给低分子右旋醣酐、阿斯匹林、潘生丁等祛聚辅助治疗。出院后遗留下肢静脉功能不全。第2例术后除应用抗凝、祛聚等治疗外,还给尿激酶溶栓治疗,伤口两个多月才愈合,出院后下肢静脉功能良好。第3例单纯应用尿激酶溶栓,辅以祛聚药物,出院后下肢静脉功能良好。  相似文献
