三峡库区建设中政府行为分析

政府与市场是实现资源配置的两种最基本的形式，市场是资源配置的基础，政府行为主要是纠正市场失灵，但政府在干预过程中也可能出现政府失灵，目前我国在三峡库区建设中，既要加强政府行为的主导作用，同时也应重视及时防范与纠正政府行为有可能出现的失灵。

高油玉米三个遗传效应的综合利用生产模式是未来高油玉米生产的一种重要方式，而高油玉米雄性不育化研究又是实现三利用生产模式的关键技术环节，采用不育型高油玉米杂交种X超高油玉米杂交种的生产模式，可有效地提高高油玉米的含油量。     

三峡库区移民区曲溪小流域能源利用分析

通过分析小流域的能源资源现状、不同时期能源需求变化对生态环境的影响、秸秆利用对坡耕地生产力的影响、经济发展对生物质能需求影响、节能及替代能源对生物质能需求的影响等,提出了解决能源问题,促进生态环境持续改善的对策.     

Matrix perturbation theory for driven three‐level systems with damping

We investigate the dynamics of the Λ system driven by two resonant laser fields in presence of dissipation for coupling strengths where the rotating‐wave approximation starts to break down. This regime is characterised by Rabi frequencies being approximately equal or smaller than the field frequencies. A systematic procedure to obtain an expansion for the solution of the Bloch evolution equations of the system is presented. The lowest contribution results to be the well‐known rotating‐wave approximation. The method is based on a semi‐classical treatment of the problem, and its predictions are interpreted fully quantum mechanically. The theory is illustrated by a detailed study of the disappearance of coherent population trapping as the intensities of the fields increase.     

三峡二期围堰工程几个问题的研究及实践

三峡工程二期围堰是三峡工程最重要的临时建筑物之一，大江截流水深大，流量大；防渗墙深度大，工程量大，工期紧，且还要穿过各种复杂地层，通过试验，研究，采取有效地对策确保大江安全，顺利截流，基坑按三峡总工期目标要求抽干，检查渗漏量仅为设计估计量的1／10。     

Finite dimensional semisimple Q-algebras

A Q-algebra can be represented as an operator algebra on an infinite dimensional Hilbert space. However we don’t know whether a finite n-dimensional Q-algebra can be represented on a Hilbert space of dimension n except n = 1, 2. It is known that a two dimensional Q-algebra is just a two dimensional commutative operator algebra on a two dimensional Hilbert space. In this paper we study a finite n-dimensional semisimple Q-algebra on a finite n-dimensional Hilbert space. In particular we describe a three dimensional Q-algebra of the disc algebra on a three dimensional Hilbert space. Our studies are related to the Pick interpolation problem for a uniform algebra.     

移民村落的权力博弈与移民的适应——以广东三峡移民村落白村为例

通过对一个安置在广东的三峡移民村落白村首任村长上任、下台的调查与分析,探究了移民村落的乡村权力“博弈”过程,以及这种乡村权力与移民适应的关系,指出帮助移民获得适当的社会资本是帮助移民更好地适应的策略之一。     

易中天《品三国》补正

易中天教授在《品三国》中，把历史唯物主义具体化，提出了评论历史人物和历史事件的三项准则，即：“还原”、“比较”、“分析”。易教授在贯彻这三项原则时也难免有疏漏之处：一、把襄阳、赤壁之战说成曹刘之战不能成立；二、曹操一封信促成孙刘联盟的提法不妥；三、《白衣渡江》引用了《吕蒙传》上有两条错误的史料。     

大耦合孔同轴输出腔的3维解析分析

 在高功率微波器件中，通常采用大耦合孔的同轴微波输出腔，该腔为3维结构。采用场等效原理将腔体、耦合孔及其输出负载(行波边界)进行分区,每个区域中的场由界面上的磁流密度决定。采用格林函数积分法可得每个区域中的3维场,再由各个区域的场匹配方程求得腔体的谐振频率、特性阻抗、有载品质因数、模式分布等参数。为腔体的计算和设计提供一种计算模型。     

Three solutions for a mixed boundary value problem involving the one-dimensional p-Laplacian

This paper deals with two mixed nonlinear boundary value problems depending on a parameter λ. For each of them we prove the existence of at least three generalized solutions when λ lies in an exactly determined open interval. Usefulness of this information on the interval is then emphasized by means of some consequences. Our main tool is a very recent three critical points theorem stated in [Topol. Methods Nonlinear Anal. 22 (2003) 93-104].
