Synthesis of tumor-associated glycopeptide antigens for the development of tumor-selective vaccines

In contrast to normal cells, the glycoprotein profile on epithelial tumor cells is distinctly altered. Due to an incomplete formation of the glycan side-chains resulting from a premature sialylation, additional peptide epitopes become accessible to the immune system in mucin-type glycoproteins on tumor cells. These tumor-associated structure alterations constitute the basis for a selective immunological attack on cancer cells. For the construction of immunostimulating antigens, glycopeptide partial structures from the mucins MUC1 and MUC4 carrying the tumor-associated sialyl-T(N), alpha2,6-sialyl-T and alpha2,3-sialyl-T antigens have been synthesized. Employing different linkers such as the allylic HYCRON or the fluoride-sensitive PTMSEL anchor, the antigenic glycopeptide structures were constructed on the solid phase utilizing pre-assembled glycosyl amino acid building blocks prepared in solution by convergent chemical or chemoenzymatic strategies. The proliferation of cytotoxic T cells has been induced applying a construct composed of a sialyl-T(N) MUC1-glycopeptide conjugated with a tetanus toxin T cell peptide epitope.     

MC-CDMA系统中基于EKF的载波同步方法

针对多载波码分多址系统，提出一种基于扩展卡尔曼滤波器（EKF）的载波相位估计器，该技术不依赖于同步的采样速率，而且不需要传输导频信号，给出了相位误差的等效状态空间模型，并使用扩展卡尔曼滤 波器方法进行跟踪。     

水体中TN/TP与藻类产生周期及产生量的关系

通过室内模拟的方法研究了用自来水作为试验水,当TN/TP在25∶1～4∶1的范围变化时,藻类的产生周期及产生量的变化情况.试验设置了25∶1,20∶1,15∶1,12∶1,10∶1,4∶1 6个比值.为了探讨温度对藻类产生的影响,分别在夏季和冬季做了对比试验.结果表明:当TN/TP在25∶1～12∶1的范围时,藻类的产生周期随TN/TP的减少而缩短,产生量随着TN/TP的减少而增加.在TN/TP为12∶1时藻类的产生周期最短,产生量最多.而TN/TP从12∶1～10∶1时,藻类的产生周期却随TN/TP的减少而增加,产生量随TN/TP的减少而减少.在TN/TP为4∶1时,没有产生藻类.季节对藻类的产生影响比较大.在夏季,藻类的产生周期较短,生产量较多;在冬季,藻类的产生周期较长,生产量相对较少.     

基于MEMS传感器的无线位置跟踪控制仿真应用

针对嵌入式工业控制系统终端显示的需要,提出了一种基于微处理器R1610和LCD控制器SSD1963的液晶显示模块的设计方法。详细阐述了硬件接口电路的设计和控制软件的编程,重点介绍了R1610、SSD1963以及TFT液晶屏AT070TN83之间的硬件连接方法,分析了SSD1963液晶控制的使用方法以及针对液晶屏显示时序的系统设置。结合显示控制实例实现了图像在液晶屏上的显示,显示效果良好。该显示模块的设计具有一定的应用前景和参考价值。     

多功能浮床栽培几种贵重花卉及其对水质修复的研究

通过对10种高价值陆生植物进行水培实验,筛选出了千里香、马蹄莲、春芋和一帆风 顺4种优良备选植物.并利用这4种植物进行了水质生态修复的实验研究,研制的多功能植物浮床,是一种方便在自然水体中培养植物并对水体中氮磷等污染物去除的装置,该装置具有抗风、可重复使用、培养的产品易收割等优点,为治理水体富营养化提供了一种管理方便、变废为宝的可能技术.     

催化电解氧化与SBR法联合处理垃圾渗滤液的实验研究

采用催化电解氧化与SBR联合工艺对垃圾渗滤液的处理进行了实验研究．催化电解氧化的最佳操作奈件为：电流密度5A／dm^2；ρcl-5000ms／L；ρSnCl2 50mg／L；极板间距0．5cm；单位体积的垃圾渗滤液所使用的极板面积500cm^2／L；电极材料采用PbO2-IrO2-TiO2／Tj（三元电极SPR）．SBR法处理催化电解氧化出水较理想的操作条件为：溶解氧2-4mg／L；曝气时间5h；沉淀30min；温度20-30℃；pH值6．5-8．0．出水各项指标的去除率分别为COD达到90％以上，NH3-N达到99％，TN达到95％以上，色度达到99％，重金属离子含量低于0．001mg／L．

研究了温度和pH值对厌氧氨氧化微生物活性的影响,测定了不同温度和pH值时,厌氧氨氧化微生物的活性.结果表明,该微生物的最佳反应温度和pH值分别为30℃和7.80.     

Application of thiophilic chromatography to deplete serum immunoglobulins in sample preparation for bidimensional electrophoresis

Serum is a typical sample for non-invasive studies in clinical research. Its proteome characterization is challenging, since requires extensive protein depletion. Methods used nowadays for removal of high-abundance proteins are expensive or show quite often a low loading capacity, which has strong repercussions on the number of samples and replicates per analysis.In order to deplete immunoglobulins (Igs) and albumin (HSA) from 1 mL serum samples, we have developed a protocol based on a combination of thiophilic chromatography, not previously used in clinical proteomics, and a HSA-specific resin. Ig/HSA-depleted samples, immunoglobulinome and albuminone were analyzed by 2-DE. Thiophilic chromatography, coupled with HSA-depletion, allows a good 2-DE resolution as well as the visualization of new spots. Moreover, it yields enough protein to evaluate technical variability and facilitate subsequent protein identification. To validate the protocol, we carried out a preliminary comparative study between triplicate Igs/HSA-depleted serum samples from healthy control individuals and recently diagnosed/untreated rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. RA patients showed several acute phase proteins, as well as additional serum proteins, differentially and significantly regulated.Therefore, thiophilic chromatography can be used as an efficient and economical method in 2-DE to deplete immunoglobulins from large human serum samples before a more extensive fractioning.     

Synthetic Antitumor Vaccines Containing MUC1 Glycopeptides with Two Immunodominant Domains-Induction of a Strong Immune Response against Breast Tumor Tissues

A shot in the arm for cancer treatment: Two MUC1 tetanus toxoid vaccines were synthesized and induced a strong immune response in mice. The antibodies elicited by the vaccines show a high selectivity for the tumor cells in mammary carcinoma tissues and also distinguish between tumor tissues at different stages.     

长江水下三角洲YD0901孔记录的全新世以来的古环境信息

分析长江水下三角洲YD 0901孔的粒度、TOC(总有机碳)和TN(总氮),建立全新世以来高分辨率年代地层图(平均分辨率为20a).结果显示,"中全新世大暖期"(距今7ka～6ka)水下三角洲加速营造,同时闽浙泥质区开始缓慢形成.TOC和TN测试数据表明:在距今2.7ka左右,YD0901孔的TN含量逐渐增加,说明流域人类活动逐渐加剧;而TOC由于部分的成岩作用,含量并未明显增加.通过沉积相分析,得到最大海侵面的深度,为准确估算冰后期最大海侵以来水下三角洲沉积总量提供了可靠依据.
