基于套接字关于HTTP的研究

本文详细阐述了套接字(SOCKET)和HTTP的工作原理，并以此为依据简化HTTP服务器程序，从而提出隐藏网络底层复杂的结构和协议的方法。     

核动力装置模拟器就地系统中双机通讯的实现

利用微机软仿真实现模拟器就地系统中仪表的动态实时显示和开关的实时控制，可以节省的大量外部设备，提高系统可扩充性。本文介绍了该技术实现的方法，即服务器与客户机之间数据双向通讯的实现途径。经实践验证，本文的方法是正确、可行的。     

因特网防御DoS攻击技术评述Ⅰ--攻击分类与特征·包过滤·攻击检测与防御

概述了因特网上DoS攻击的相应分类及基本特征，评述了包过滤、攻击检测及防御技术的最新成果．前一部分介绍了入口过滤、基于路由的过滤网和有效源地址强制协议．后一方面主要讨论了适合于检测攻击包的技术，介绍了新近提出的频谱分析方法和泛滥检测系统．简要评述了已有的防御SYN泛滥攻击的技术措施，介绍了Cisco的TCP拦截技术，提出了改进策略．

从几个方面论述了TCP／IP体系结构怎样通过层间协作来保证通信的可靠性，以此说明任何一个网络体系结构必须具备完整性，并给出了网络的几种寻址方法．     

动态IP地址的捕获及应用

探讨了点对点TCP／IP连接、动态IP地址的捕捉与发布，介绍了动态IP地址捕捉发布工具-DynamIP，分析了DynamIP的应用实例。     

On the behavior of ECN/RED gateways under a large number of TCP flows: Limit theorems

We consider a discrete-time stochastic model of an ECN/RED gateway where competing TCP sources share the link capacity. As the number of competing flows becomes large, the asymptotic queue behavior (normalized by the number of flows) at the gateway can be described by a simple recursion and the throughput behavior of individual TCP flows becomes asymptotically independent. A Central Limit Theorem complement is also presented, yielding a more accurate characterization of the asymptotic queue size. These results suggest a scalable yet accurate model of this complex large-scale stochastic feedback system, and crisply reveal the sources of queue fluctuations. Bioelectrochemical Magnetic Immunosensing of Trichloropyridinol: A Potential Insecticide Biomarker

A fast, simple and sensitive bioelectrochemical magnetic immunosensing method is developed to monitor a potential insecticide biomarker, trichloropyridinol (TCP), in environmental sample. A magnet/glassy carbon (MGC) working electrode was used to accumulate immunocomplex associated magnetic beads and separate free and unbound reagents after liquid phase competitive immunoreaction among TCP antibody coated magnetic beads, TCP analyte and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled TCP. The activity of HRP tracers was monitored by square‐wave voltammetry (SWV) by scanning electrocactive enzymatic product in the presence of 3,3′,5,5′‐tetramethylbenzidine dihydrochloride and hydrogen peroxide (TMB‐H₂O₂) substrate solution. The electrochemical signal of enzymatic product was greatly enhanced by dual accumulation events: magnetic accumulation of enzyme tracers bound magnetic beads and constant potential accumulation of enzymatic product. The voltammetric characteristics of substrate and enzymatic product were investigated, and the parameters of SWV analysis and immunoassay were optimized. Under the optimal conditions the immunosensor was used to measure as low as 5 ng L^?1 (ppt) TCP, which is 50‐fold lower than the value indicated by the manufacture of the TCP RaPID Assay kit (0.25 μg/L, colorimetric detection). The performance of the developed immunosensing system was successfully evaluated with river water samples spiked with TCP, indicating this convenient and sensitive technique offers great promise for decentralized environmental application. This technique could be readily used for detection of other environmental contaminants by developing specific antibodies against the contaminants and are expected to open new opportunities for environmental monitoring and public health.
